Knockout Pest Control

It went great and took short time checking my place (its one bedroom, so not surprised by the short time it took) and confirmed I didn't have bed bugs. Oh well.

My mice problem was eliminated by Knockout. I would strongly recommend their services to anyone in need of an excellent exterminator.

It went great. Two gentlemen came--they were tidy, thorough and nice. They laid traps and put mice boxes with poison. They walked around the outside of the house and showed me where to put steel wool around a couple pipes that had gaps around them leading into the house. Hopefully problem solved!

I'd give them the highest grade, but the results weren't quick. Even now, I'm still worried, even though I haven't seen a mouse in about a week. The problem was they never attacked the problem from the outside. They did everything inside fine, but how did the mice get in? They never really approached that problem at all. It was weird. The mice started coming back again because we didn't know where they came in and they didn't even try to find out where they came in. They did show me two openings in the outside of the house as a possibility for where they came in. I thought they should have a complete plan and a method of closing the outside also. Otherwise, they were very nice guys and very good. He helped me with the roaches also and did a very good job with the roaches. He came back a second time for the roaches as well and I haven't had any roaches since. He does a very nice job. I watched what he was doing. It's clean.

They came to the apartment and after inspecting realized that our problem is squirrels which is something a specialized company handles and they don't. The technician was very polite and courteous he wore shoe covers in the apartment and overall was very pleasant to deal with.

Should we need to, we will use Knockout in the future.

The service was professional but also personal from initial contact to the actual service itself. The people in the office were sympathetic and very helpful in describing the variety of services that were available and in helping me choose the best service for my situation. The professionals that were sent to my home were courteous and efficient and I felt confident in their ability to rid my home of bed bugs. After the canine inspection we wanted to modify the original contract to fit the situation and Knockout was willing to help us and provide only the services that we needed. Having bed bugs is as much a psychological as a physical problem and Knockout was able to calm us down and assure us that we had chosen the correct people to eliminate our problem.

We do not see roaches in the house but we want to call them as we see very small bugs.

I feel the vendor should provide some kind of follow up service. The impression I got was that there was guarantee that the extermination would complete (and in this case, there were some straggling, up to 20, additional insects that had to be subsequently killed, though likely 90% of them were killed in the nest. I was close to having to call them back for a follow up, but after killing the 20 or so after the extermination, there were none spotted afterwards and I reconfirmed this past weekend on 11/6/2015. They came on time, prepared to do battle and did the job.

This review is not about their quality of service as much as their lack of customer service. Did they kill bugs? Yes. Did they spray something on my house that stained the siding? Yes. Did they do anything other than say that the stains should come off with soap and water? NO! I've power-washed my house twice since this happened last year and the stains persist. Knockout has done NOTHING otherwise. No offer to have my house professionally cleaned. They state that what the technician applied should not have stained the house. Clearly either the technician didn't use the correct item and is lying to Knockout or Knockout is lying to me. I sent pictures shortly after the incident and they were basically unresponsive with their suggestion of soap and water. My siding is ruined and Knockout has basically not stood behind their customer service or lived up to their mistakes.

It went really. He did a great job. He even walked around the house and found possible hornets nesting. He eliminated them as well.

They did a great job. I have a contract with them and bee treatment was included which I was very pleased.

I'm sure theyWe have mice and I paid 500$ for a one year contract assuming that this money would go towards getting rid of the mice. The agent who came to our house placed traps and baits around the house but made it clear that the real battle is sealing all the holes in the house, which they dont do. For that job you need a mouse-proofer. So you're better off buying traps and baits online and spending your money on a mouse-proofer who will come seal all the holes and crevices where they get in. Or doing that yourself. In other words, I'm sure they knew it was a waste of money.

We have black sugar ants all over. They came in sprayed all rooms and the exterior. Took about a few weeks to get rid of them noticed the ants again about 1 month later. I called up Knockout and the guy came back out the next day. The customer service was great.

I liked them very much and am now a regular customer. I am on monthly service for a pest control issue. The person who comes to provide the service is very courteous and professional.

They came to help with a roach problem. The products they use were effective. Within the year period when I called for service they were prompt. I got rid of the roaches. This was a year ago and I do not have roaches problem currently.

It just didn't make any difference after they came and spray my basement. I still see the bugs at the same occurrence I saw before the treatment.

They were wonderful. Very helpful in helping me determine where the mice were getting in from the cellar and garden and really helped me make find all the places I needed to fix to secure my house from mice. They were on time, very professional and extremely courteous. They will be my go to exterminators from now on!!

We called and made an appointment. C.J arrived on time, was polite, professional and efficient. He eliminated the wasps. We haven't seen them return, so we are thrilled! Would definitely use and recommend this company for any future pest problems.
