Excellent termite specialist. Terance came and was patient and explained everything very well. He did professional job. Neat and clean. A+++. Would recommend them to anyone needing termite work.

I noticed some termites on a Saturday morning and called them right away. They had a truck at my house within 30 minutes which was amazing. Set up bait stations inside and out. Gave me the Angie's list price. Service tech was very nice, informative, helpful. I would easily recommend them and/or use them again.

They did it last year as well and I was happy with the procedure, but they came back this year, so I had to hire them again.

The company representative gave me a 30 minute warning as requested and Terrence, the service technician came on time. He was very professional and polite and placed pest control in the areas that I requested. He was friendly and answered all of my questions. Overall, it was a good experience.

This is probably my 5th time using them. There's definitely a decrease in the # of insects in the house.

After having a termite swarm in our crawl space, we got some estimates for the Sentricon system and it was easy to decide to go with Knockout. We had a great experience with Knockout and used an Angie's List promotional to get an excellent discount too. With that discount, the price ended up being almost half of what another company gave us an estimate for. Jim did our installation and was an overall great guy who explained everything courteously and made sure that not only our house was covered by the bait system, but also our garage and woodpile as well. He did an excellent job finding places to bury them when it was a bit challenging (such as by our concrete driveway.) We appreciated the professionalism of him and also the customer service rep Fred who we originally talked with to set up our appointment.

Service staff was polite and efficient.

I thought the amount of liquid placed was relatively sparse. It might be enough but it seemed like he could have placed more. Man who did work was nice.

I got this company from Angie's List. They were very good. I would definitely use them again. It was an ongoing service and we just concluded the service last month.

It went well, I have two children and there was no need for worry. The exterminator was curious and professional. He was very informative regarding the product being used. It has been over three months and there has been no signs of roaches.

He was very professional and did a thorough job treated the premises. We havent had a problem since he came. Good, reliable service.

They offered a $99 ant treatment. However that is a one time treatment ..no guarantees. So I bought the 249 package which guarantees extra treatments for the next 30 days if ants return. I had a bad ants problem with .the tiny sugar ants coming into the bathroom. They were good to there word, and returned 2 more times and treated for ants. They were nice and professional and used different chemicals because they did not want to come back again. I think all the ant companies have the same chemicals... baits gels and granules. They provided me with all the paper work for the chemicals. Unfortunately after the 30 days I still had ants... but much fewer. They did manage to kill several ants nests, but probably did not find all of them. So they get a grade of B.

We just moved into the home wife saw mouse dropping in the living room called them the next day. The gentle man come out put some traps and bait around the house. Two months later after cleaning up a couple of dead mice my house is pest free. Very pleased with the service and professionalism.

Laid traps throughout house. Rodent was caught within a couple of days. Helped us us identify how he got in and we were able to fix the issue.

The punctuality, responsiveness, and technician's attitude were perfect. The price was fair, but when a mouse was found about a week after the warranty period had expired (can't remember if 30 days or 6 weeks), Knockout balked at returning for free. This, despite that the service includes free comebacks as needed during the warranty period, which they didn't need to perform. Their customer service offered a $75 price to redo the mouse service in lieu of a full $175 again, and recommended that I purchase a yearly membership. They also gave me a take it or leave it answer for the $75 deal that would expire within a couple of hours (deadline was end of day and I had called in the afternoon). I decided to check for new openings myself because there was no need to get new bait! In my mind, the technician missed an entry point, and the mouse was not found on time but could have been there before the warranty expired. Last summer, i wasn't happy with the bee service, either, because I had to call them 3 times to treat for bees over and over because there was indeed a beehive that they never saw (my carpenter eventually found it), and they had charged me the costly service because there was no beehive (cheaper service to exterminate if there is a beehive than not). In short, I am not comfortable using this company again based on 2 consecutive bad experiences with the pricing strategies, and lower quality service.

We hired Knockout to do preventive pest control (it was a $99 Angie's Big Deal). The employee was timely and quick, and over nine months later, we still seem to be pest-free.

Their prices are the same as others. They make an appointment and they do show up at the appointed time.

They showed up and sprayed something. The bees never went away. It didn't knock out the pests as we were hoping. It may require several sprays. There was a noticeable change though. They came when they said they would. They charged what they said they would.

Would recommend company to anyone.

This was a $99 big deal purchase. They came, everything was finished and it was okay. They called me to schedule the service and they came out within a week after I bought the service. The service was good. I think I like them. My interaction was nothing really special. This was the first time I used them. They did the work pretty quickly, like within 8-10 minutes and my house is pretty big. To get a better grade I think they may explain a little bit. We tried to do the service just to prevent. I think the time they were here was too short. I did not even realize they were done.

He recommended that I pay more for a larger service. I still had bugs after the treatment.

It's two weeks later and the roaches are back. Look I tried to 99 dollar special as an introduction to a good exterminating company that I could use in the future. It was a mistake, there are no guarantees and no coming back...to see how it worked. It did not. I was not looking to pay that all the time but to find an exterminating company that I could rely on. This was not it. He spent maybe all of 10 minutes, meanwhile I emptied out my kitchen and bathroom (lot of work). My advice is "Dont do the special if you are not going to do the job." I am now going to look for another exterminator. I am going to try Angie's List one more time and see.
