Description of Work: I bought a coupon from them for bug treatment. But they refused to honor it once they found out that there are two kitchens in the house. The tried to sell me a second coupon but I just got my money back. It's a small house (1,800 sq) feet and I saw nothing in the ad about a one kitchen limit. In my opinion, since this was not stipulated in the ad, I would have liked them to honor it. Def has put me off hiring them-- ad or no ad- in the future!!

Description of Work: Hi, I recently purchased a big deal (PestCntrl-728544-1) from Knockout Pest control. There was some miscommunication and they came to sell a termite control service, not provice a routine inspection and spray the area. The person that came from the company recommended that we reach out to Angie's List to request a refund...and here we are. Since no services were provided I would like to request a refund of the purchase amount. Thanks for your help with this matter.

Description of Work: Because I thought I had termites (too much HGTV Holmes on Homes), I wanted to get someone to my home as quickly as possible, the coupon offer seem perfect. Knockout informed me, my house had concrete foundation so we would have to wait until Saturday. The guy came early and was great, he went through my house and informed me I had carpenter ants, not termites and showed what the differences were, which made the package I purchased from Knockout null and void. He called his office, who told him I would have to get my reimbursement back from Angies, as they hadn't recieved it yet. Thanks.

Our technician came to your home on the scheduled day at the scheduled time. “The guy came early and was great, he went through my house and informed me I had carpenter ants not termites and showed me what the differences were” I hope you were thrilled that we did not sell you something you did not need. I must caution you that Carpenter Ants are also wood destroying insects and should be attended to. You chose not to have us take care of this pest issue at this time. Description of Work: Company gave us direct line for a trapper which is what we need so that we can deal directly . Othe companies wanted to charge us and gave us the right team and how much we pay and then they both making money. They wanted us to deal directly with the trapper. I also highly recommend the trapper in Nassau County Lees wildlife service.

It went very well.
Description of Work: I called because the Exterminator that my mom was using, up and disappeared. After years of paying for a termite contract, there they were. I called knockout and they immediately responded. A tech came the very next day and I was ver satisfied with the appraisal. They were very informative and I had them come the next day to do the work.
