Description of Work: knockout came and placed Baits under cabinets, gel in cracks, granular outside and sprayed the perimeter of the house. Still have ants outside but have seen a huge reduction in the house. Knew that we may need additional treatments for the future. The $99 deal was worth it though.

Description of Work: The exterminator did an excellent job spraying the second floor apartment, and putting bait down in all the exterior areas to eradicate the ants. However, he was unable to spray on the first floor because small children were home. The intake c worker at Knockout Pest, when taking the information about the service call, should have asked if there were mall children and/or pets in the residence. I would have scheduled the service date for a time when the children would not have been home to have a more comprehensive spraying of the premises.

Description of Work: I made a mistake and reviewed the wrong company just now. I meant to review Knockout. You can erase my comments about the other company because I didn't use them. |Mr. Frank Dardani, the Knockout Exterminator, was polite, meticulous, savvy, and he did not rush the job. He took his time explaining to me the origin and reproductive habits of this insect. Did a thorough job of spraying and setting traps. He was honest enough to say that they might come back. If so, call him right away. I give Knockout an A+ recommendation. I am sure the other company is good, but I did not use them. As I said I made a mistake and didn't look at the box I was checking
