Knockout Pest Control

I wound up purchasing an annual contract. First appointment went pretty well -- we will see what follow-up, if any, is needed.

Very well. Excellent work done by the tech who is a pleasure to work with. A gentleman. Knows what he is doing and take the time to explain to the customer (me) what has to be done and how he's going to do it.

Responded quickly and set up appointment. Showed up on time, and did good job. No more insects in house. Didn't charge anymore then price advertised.

It didn't take a lot. Somebody came in. They were very timely. They were on time. They were good at responding to me. I mean, that was a major plus in that respect. They came when they said they would come and somebody pointed out what some of the issues might be. It wasn't a very big problem so they didn't make a big deal out of it unnecessarily. He put some traps down, I was kinda hoping that they would fill some of the holes up, but you know maybe that would of been extra or something. So he just told me that I needed to fill some holes up and what I could expect. Then they actually came back, because it was in my tenants apartment and my tenant complained that she had seen a dead mouse. It was within 30 days of their first visit, and so she's like ok yeah this one is on us. So they came through and said that was actually normal and they found some more holes that we can have filled up and left some more traps and we haven't had a problem since. Very reasonable pricing.

I'm impressed by this company's honesty. I had paid for wasp removal last month and no one offered me an ongoing contract. When I scheduled them for cricket service, I realized I could have just paid for the annual contract instead of paying extra separately for the wasps-- and they honored that for me. My service tech, CJ, seems knowledgable and is very personable, and also had positive things to say about the company and the owner's integrity. Scheduling was easy and the tech arrived on time (even a little early) each time and wore booties in the house. I will update if I'm unsatisfied with the extermination itself-- too early to tell yet whether the cricket problem will be resolved easily.

It went very well, the technician came and took care of the problem. He was very professional and nice. He knew exactly what to do and I haven't had a bee in the house since. Instead of paying for just this service I took a yearly contract. I am glad I did, I am very happy with their service and would definitely recommend them.

Previously I wrote a bad review because it seemed as if Knockout simply never finished the job (the last trap was on the roof for months until the wind took it down.) After I posted the bad review, someone from Knockout called me. It is possible that we had our signals crossed, although at the time no one specifically told me that they felt they had caught all the squirrels. Knockout wanted to and did come back to make everything right. They trapped and removed squirrels and closed up the holes the squirrels had eaten to get into the attic. I am very pleased that they came back and got rid of the squirrels. I would hire them again, and may be hiring them again soon, this time to get rid of ants (if regular Raid doesn't work).

Very well. Showed up in agreed upon time period. Work was done quickly with follow up instructions clearly explained.

Very well; Michael was professional and courteous. They came on time and stayed with the estimate they quoted.

"CJ" was very professional and remedied the Ant Problem very well.

The service went fine I have to tell you they fairly good job I called them up and told them that i was seeing some ants and they said well they really couldn't do anything about that, it went very well we did it last year and we didn't see any ants at all and this year we saw some ants and they said that they couldn't do anything about it, I was a little bit surprised about that. They said that their work is only guaranteed for thirty days and at the end of the thirty days I am out of luck so I mean look it's not a lot of ants but this is just the beginning I don't know if I get to see more with my husband has been spraying manually so in reality am I totally happy with them no and the person that came was extremely, extremely nice they came when they said they would come the man that came was very professional the only problem the biggest problem that I have is the fact that either the product is D in reality in my option it didn't do the job that I was expecting it do it didn't do the job that it did last year.

From the first interaction when I called to last when the exterminator arrived, everyone at Knockout was professional, courteous, and helpful. We discovered that we had ants in our basement and were immediately worried we would have an infestation on our hands. I called Knockout and spoke with Erin who was very helpful in getting someone there the next day. She said the exterminator would arrived between 8 - 11 am and he arrived around 10:30. He was also quite friendly and very professional, answering all of our general questions about pest control. He was also very sensitive to the fact that we have a cat, employing gel instead of a liquid spray. I would definitely use Knockout again.

Went very well from initial contact with secretary to the service man who completed job at the house. Extremely thorough with information and details of scope of work. They are very patient in answer all questions and concerns. Service technician is extremely clean, thorough, and shows great respect for your home.

Disappeared and never finished job. Squirrels and birds live in the attic like it was the Hilton.

Fast, polite and effective. Will probably sign up for the monthly service.

During my initial call to Knockout, after I explained the nature of the carpenter ant problem, a man named Fred explained various treatment options. I liked the fact that we would be able to upgrade to a more comprehensive plan after their technician came to our home and inspected all areas of infestation. I was pleased that they were able to make an appointment for the next day. Both technicians who came to our house were courteous and professional. They even put on paper booties before entering our home. They answered all our questions, gave us handouts for each product they would be applying and provided clear explanations of various treatment options and why they recommended certain ones. As they were inspecting our property they literally "left no stone unturned" -inspecting under rocks, old tree stumps and behind wooden sheathing in our garage. When they finished treating our property I felt that I had made the right decision in choosing Knockout Pest Control. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

CJ did a one time complete interior and X terrier treatment of my house. What I didn't expect is that he had no problem going into the crawlspace to treat and even offered to treat my shed. I didn't have to ask him to go anyplace is he hadn't thought of. He was also very personable and a pleasure to work with. I did have success in getting rid of the insects for about six weeks. I did downgrade to a B in terms of responsiveness because it was initially difficult to set up the appointment to be in email and required some phone calls back-and-forth.

The representative arrived exactly in time. He sprayed the entire basement, the main floor and foundation of the house. He placed glue traps in the areas where they were mostly found and applied gel to kitchen cabinets and bathroom cabinets. He was very friendly and answered all our questions. His recommendation was to avoid cleaning for a couple of weeks which we followed. The first 3 days we found roaches in the glue traps and were excited that the method seemed to be working. I have not seen one roach or water bug since! I will definitely be calling them in a couple of months as a precaution.

Each time they sprayed for the ants, it was fine. It took care of the problem and the service was effective. Sometimes communication wasn't very good. The first time they did the service, there were more ants than before. They failed to mention that it would get worse before it gets better but after the two week process, the infestation went away. They came back and checked for termites and set up baits to protect the household. They were supposed to come out and check again on the yearly date earlier this May before the contract expired since they didn't find anything. They then tried to up charge me to renew to leave the traps and keep checking yearly. If I didn't renew then they would need to take out the traps set up. As far as the information involving the deal on the service, I'm getting more info from the customer service rep instead of the actual serviceman selling me the deal. They need to inform and communicate better in the future.

They sprayed my tenants kitchen and the perimeter of my house.The other years i used there services and they always sprayed my kitchen. This time they didnt . I beleive that is why they were still coming thru my windows.(the Ants).

Service was great! Greg the technician was super friendly and informative. Really happy that I was able to get an appointment for the very next day. Everyone was extremely responsive and easy to work with. I'll be calling again next year.

Fred was the guy that came. He was a perfect gentleman to my wife and daughters, and was very nice and friendly. He worked very efficiently, spreading crystals in various problem areas. I was pleased with the service. We haven't seen even one cricket since!

The sales lady was very helpful answering numerous questions. The exterminator also was very helpful

They were okay. It was no big issues with them, only that they charged extra for a couple of things that I wanted them to do. They charge you a little and then later they say this costs extra and that costs extra, and I ended up pay an additional $200. I haven't seen any bugs recently. I would not use them in the future.
