Thank you for your business and review. I am taken aback by the less than A rating. You became a customer of Knockout in 2011 and the contract you signed and agreed to then outlined your annual renewal fee. You paid that fee in 2012. We had made two appointments with you in March 2013 for service and you missed both of those services although our technician did arrive at your home at the appointed day and time. You just purchased from Angie’s List a Big Deal for new customers only for the installation of the Sentricon System.. That coupon did not apply to renewals or existing customers. We did not increase your cost AND accepted the coupon although it did not apply. All of our services were delivered as promised. I am not clear what more we could have done to earn the A rating.

It went very well.
Description of Work: Patti was very responsive over the phone to my concerns about carpenter ants. She sent someone the same day once I decided to use this co. The technician seemed very competent, explained what he was doing and answered my questions. The price I paid includes a one year service contract.

Description of Work: They said they had to apply a gel for ants but it could take a few weeks. The first few days we had no ants, but after that we saw ants again. We called them back to reschedule. They said they couldn’t apply chemicals over other chemicals, so we had a to wait a little

Thank you for your comments and your business. Just like when a person takes medication, it takes time for the products to work. You would not over medicate because the medicine is not working fast enough. It also takes time for our products to control the insects. We do not want to over use the products we use. Too much product can be worse than not enought. Have patients and you will receive the results you want. Of course, if you continue to have a problem, please call us. You have purchased our most popular program, our KO-12 which gives you unlimited service for 12 months.

Description of Work: My tenants thought they saw ticks all over their apt. They have a dog. I quickly called Knock Out and they sent someone as soon as they could (within a few hours). Turns out wasn't ticks, but a few beetles. I took care of the problem myself - but they were very helpful. I did feel though when I looked into their service fees that they were a bit pricey, but that might be the fee structure in the area.
