Description of Work: My first phone call resulted in prompt scheduling of an appointment for an in-house estimate. The gentleman was very thorough and knowledgeable about the service being proposed. Answered all my questions - was not at all pushy. The serivce was performed on time as promised and was done very efficiently. The two technicians that performed the work were polite and professional. They pointed out different things they discovered as they did the cleaning, e.g. discovered an opening in a vent that should not have been there and then fixed it. In addition to cleaning the ducts, they put down a deodorizer on my garage floor. When the duct cleaning was completed, they cleaned up and vaccumed any dust that had escaped. I was very impressed with their work and would highly recommend this franchise location.

Description of Work: I honestly don't remember how much I spent but whatever it was it was totally worth it! They cleaned my entire house (1600sq ft)..15 yr old carpet violated in the worst way by dogs, cats and children! I was considering tearing it up and installing cheap carpeting prior to selling but Stanley made that unnecessary. I was amazed by the results. Don't bother with hoover steam cleaners or rentals. They finished the entire house in about an hour and it was ready to show. Plus, it smelled great.
