Went great. Quick and professional.

All work done. Some heavy tread areas did not cleanup.

They were very good. I have used them several times.

I would tell someone they do excellent work. There were two people that came out. It takes about an hour to complete the work.

Workers arrived on time. I pointed out the grout areas that were especially dirty. I was given an explanation of the services and price. The tile/grout looks better than it did before the cleaning, but some areas of grout still look "darker" - the areas that I had pointed out as being especially dirty. Areas of dirt left on the tiles I had to clean myself. Walking on the tile after it had dried produced a "crunching" feel under my feet. When I inspected the bottom of my shoes there was a fine white powder the consistency of salt or sugar. I've vacuumed twice and used a Swiffer so hopefully this residue is gone, or I'll have to try wet mopping. Also, cleaning solution was tracked onto my hardwood floors and although the worker used a dry mop to clean up I had to wet mop to get the residue off.

Price was fair. It took half a day, two workers and they were fine.

Mike and Pablito were on time and very efficient. They did a nice job.

Rugs look excellent and furniture looks new again. Excellent work and excellent workers!

We booked our appointment online via their website without any issues. There were 2 servicemen who arrived on time and completed the job within the time frame window we were given. I was amazed at how clean our tile/grout looked after they were finished. Price was reasonable.

The job went great although the original $99 special offer was not "applicable" -- the cleaning people were punctual, neat, courteous, professional and fast. They particularly focused on and re-treated specific areas of the two carpets for pet stains (there were two Stanley Steemer service people). The $99 special did not cover what they did and I paid quite a bit more, but I felt it was worth it in the end. Only ONE disconcerting problem: After awhile some of the original stains that they cleaned came back up through the carpets .

The carpets don't look clean nor smell fresh. I have used other carpet cleaners in the past and the deodorizer is in the solution used to clean. They asked after the fact if I wanted deodorizer and I didn't want some perfume sprayed all over the carpet so I said no. The traffic areas didn't look clean at all and I went back with a cloth and was able to create a stripe in the dirty area meaning it is removable. It's the worst job I have ever had

I received call the morning they were due to come and were very punctual, polite, and professional. My carpet looks and smells amazing.

They were great. Called and scheduled and completed all on the same day.

Oscar and Danny were professional and friendly, got right to work, and the carpets came out better than I expected!

They seemed rushed and didn't spend as much time cleaning the carpet as I would have expected. Very professional and nice and moved all the furniture but they were in a hurry. Carpets were not too dirty so they came out okay.

Helped move furniture and went over heavy traffic areas a second time at my request but results were a little disappointing. Also, stairs should have gotten more attention. A little rushed. Very pleasant and arrived on time.

They had to come back after the first service as neither the urine smell or the dirt stains came out of the carpet the first time. After the second time the urine smell came out, but the other carpet is still dirty. And both carpets look very worn from the cleaning. My carpet is only one year old. I will never call Stanley steamer again.

They were very effective and careful. Everything came out really good. They were good. They have all these things that they put underneath your furniture and they were very careful to make sure that things are done properly.

The air ducts were clean well at a reasonable price. I notice the air much cleaner First time it was ever done so hard to compare. The sales person who came over to explain what they do and how it was done was very professional(his name was Clark). I would recommend the service

Overall satisfied. They do a professional job, move and replace furniture, offer recommendations for additional services where needed but no hard push to buy. Prompt arrival, fair price. I will do business again with Stanley Steemer's local franchise.

It is a good company. They are prompt. They give you a time range of when they are going to show up. They did a good job. I had stains in the carpets and I had some traffic areas and really you don't even notice it now. They are good. Maybe they advertise a lot but I would recommend them.

The crew arrived on time...performed services per contract agreement...no damages...no pressure for any and quot;up-selland quot;, We are extremely satisfied with their work and the results for our home. (Carpets had not been cleaned in several years and now look as good as new).

I called for steam clean quotes, received prices and scheduled an appointment. Team arrived on time, they were pleasant and efficient and worked hard until the work was done, despite me adding several other areas. I was very impressed with the job they did.

I was very pleased with the service provided. The crew came on time and were very professional and started working right away They did an excellent job cleaning my sofa and chair. My furniture takes a beating with kids and pets but the cleaning process made my furniture look almost as good as new! I will use them in the future.n
