The first time they did a crumby job. They came yesterday, and I had to have a supervisor come out. They did make it right and they came back today. The problem was they didn't move some furniture, as they seemed to be in a big rush. The supervisor seemed to be very conscious of customer service. They did try to make it right. In my mind, I feel that since I do have such a small house and they had to come back to redo it, I find it to be very annoying.

They arrived on time, were very pleasant and professional, and did the work in less than an hour. The carpets, which began with some obvious spots, all were clean when they left. We will definitely call them again when needed.

Two men arrived exactly on time and immediately got to work. They were friendly, helpful, professional, and added the small area rug at no extra charge. They worked quickly and were finished and out in short order.

Two workers showed up on time. They were very nice and thorough in questioning me about exactly what I wanted done. The carpets were very dirty to begin with, and were beautiful when they were finished. They were finished in less than half an hour, and the carpets felt barely damp, and dried quickly.

I would highly recommend them. They also have coupon deals where they will clean two or three rooms for a set price. I always look for the deals. They do a decent job and are in and out. I had used them multiple times now.

I'm really glad I hired them. The two man crew they sent was very courteous and polite. They finished the job up promptly and were good quality. The price was a bit high but worth it.

I was so pleased with Stanley Steamer. Without a coupon, I paid a hundred and sixty bucks for my entire house to be cleaned. That is a good deal. They did everything very quickly and accurately. They were in and out in no time and I was totally happy with them. I also liked this company because they were friendly and nice to my young children.

I have actually used them three times. They have professional equipment. It is not something you can rent from the supermarket. The crew they sent out did a great job. Unlike other companies, they were carpet cleaners and not sales representatives trying to push upgrades on me.

I really like doing business with this company. There is never a long wait for an appointment (usually they offer to come as soon as the next day), they are punctual and professional. I appreciate that they never try to push "extras" on the customer. The job is ordered, the technicians do a walk through to observe the layout, and when they are done, they provide any instructions necessary.

The techs were both polite, neat, on time, and reasonably priced.

I WOULDN'T CALL THEM AGAIN, THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK WASN'T GOOD AT ALL. THE GUY DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO USE THE EQUIPMENT. MY HUSBAND WAS HERE WITH HIM SO I DON'T KNOW HIS EXPLANATION.

I THOUGHT THEY WERE GOOD. IT WAS A HARD STAIN, PROBABLY ONLY 70% CAME OUT. I DON'T KNOW IF I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. I MIGHT CALL SOMEONE WITH MORE EXPERIENCE. I DIDN'T THINK THEY HAD ENOUGH EXPERIENCE WITH UPHOLSTERY.

IT WAS A GOOD COMPANY, WE'VE HAD THEM BEFORE AND THEY DO A GREAT JOB. ONCE YOU GET USED TO SOMEBODY, YOU CALL THEM BACK UP. THE PERSON WHO SHOWED UP WAS PROFESSIONAL AND EVERYTHING, BUT HE MAY HAVE BEEN HAVING A BAD DAY.

THEY ARE OUT OF HERE IN A HALF HOUR AND THAT'S WHAT I LIKE. THEY ARE VERY TIMELY. THEY WILL CALL ME AHEAD OF TIME OUT OF COURTESY. I HAVE THE WHOLE STREET USING THEM. THE CARPETS DRY QUICKLY. THEY ALWAYS CALL LATER AND ASK HOW THE EXPERIENCE WAS. THEY DON'T HIRE HOODLUMS.

OVERALL, I THINK THEY DID A PRETTY GOOD JOB. THEY KEPT THEIR APPOINTMENT. THEY CLEANED THE RUGS AND AFTERWARDS, MY DAUGHTER DROPPED HER MILK BOTTLE ON THE CARPET. THEY CAME BACK AND QUOTED US A REALLY GOOD PRICE TO GET THE SMELL OUT INSTEAD OF CHARGING A BASE OF $99 PLUS THE WORK OF THE STAIN.

I THOUGHT THE YOUNG GENTLEMEN THAT DID THE CLEANING WERE PERSONABLE AND LISTENED TO MY CONCERNS ABOUT THE CARPET. THEY CALLED TO SEE IF I WAS SATISFIED A DAY LATER. I ASKED IF THEY COULD COME CLEAN A SPOT AND THEY SAID THEY COULD, BUT THAT IT WOULD BE FULL PRICE.

THEY WERE TWO YOUNG MEN AND THEY WERE VERY NICE. THEY CAME IN AND DID THE JOB AND THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. FOR IT BEING A SPECIAL, THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB.

THEY WERE HERE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE. THEY WERE POLITE AND THEY DID THE JOB EFFICIENTLY. THEY WERE ON TIME. I WAS VERY SATISFIED. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE.

THEY WERE ON TIME TO DO THE JOB. THEY WERE VERY NICE MEN. THEY MOVED FURNITURE AND OTHER THINGS THAT HAD TO BE MOVED, THEY WENT ABOUT THEIR BUSINESS AND THAT WAS IT.

I HAVE USED THEM FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS. THEY ARE GOOD AND I KEEP USING THEM. THEY ARE FRIENDLY. I WOULD SAY THEY COME ON TIME AND EVERYONE THAT HAS BEEN TO MY HOME HAS BEEN FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS.

MY HUSBAND AND I WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THEM. THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THEY PROTECTED THE FURNITURE. THEY CAME IN A TIMELY FASHION. THE CARPET REQUIRES PROFESSIONAL CLEANING EVERY YEAR AND IT LOOKS GOOD.

IT WAS WONDERFUL THEY GAVE US A GOOD DEAL BECAUSE WE WERE FIRST TIME CUSTOMERS. THEY SPOT REMOVED THE SPOTS AND CLEANED THE ENTIRE CARPET. OTHER COMPANIES HAVE NOT GOTTEN THE STAINS OUT BUT THEY DID A GOOD JOB.

THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS. THE TWO MEN THAT CAME WERE VERY EFFICIENT. THEY TOOK ABOUT AN HOUR TO DO THE WORK AND THEY WERE FAST. THEY WERE VERY, VERY NICE AND THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL.

THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE REALLY A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. THE QUALITY OF THE WORK THAT THEY DID WAS ABOVE AVERAGE. IT WAS A GOOD JOB ALL AROUND.

THERE WERE PROFESSIONAL. THEY CAME ON TIME AND THEIR WORK WAS TIMELY. I COULDN'T RENT A MACHINE FOR THAT PRICE AND IT WOULD BE A HEADACHE TO HAVE ME DO IT MYSELF.
