They are very efficient. They are not in my house for a long time. They move the furniture as needed and put it back. They clean up after themselves. Things look good when they are finished. I have been pleased with them. I think it's a reasonable price. They have been friendly and professional. They make an appointment and they show up on the time they said they were going to.

I love them. They are very friendly, very nice and they are reasonably priced. I did take the rug to them because it was a large area rug. I would rate them highly and would absolutely continue to use them in the future.

They did an excellent job. They did a job on carpeting that I thought I will have tear out because somebody had gotten mobile oil on it and because it was rental place. They cleaned it so well you could not tell there was ever anything on that carpeting and it was almost like new carpeting. I was really shocked and it only costed me $99. They even did the fragments in the hallway. They were fabulous. They did not make a mess. The guys were courteous. They were dressed nicely and cleanly. They were prompt and they kept their appointment. I would definitely use them again and if I had carpeting in my primary home, I would definitely use them. I would recommend them others.

The job they did was okay but I am not at all happy with the price because I'm seeing the price for a lot less money than what I paid so I am not thrilled with them. I would not recommend them. The work was fine and they did the job they said they were going to do. They were professional enough and everything. They came and showed but they really knocked me on the price so I won't use them again. I opened the paper and saw it for a couple of hundred less than what I paid. The guys who came were fine and the work was fine. The interaction with the working people was fine.

Very good and they came back as some (old) spots did not come clean when it dried out.

The two men from Stanley Steemer arrived right on time to steam clean our carpet and furniture. The carpet and furniture are in the basement, my husbands space and were looking a little rough and stained. Instead of buying new I decided to get them cleaned. They moved our elliptical trainer to clean under it. All our other furniture was in the garage and there was no room for the elliptical trainer. The carpet looks amazing. There had been several stains and the carpet look almost new. The furniture also looks good but it did not have as much wear as the carpet. The price was very good for 500 square feet of carpet and two pieces of furniture. We are please with the service from Stanley Steemer and will use them again when needed.

The service man showed up exactly on time, was friendly, did his job efficiently and went out of his way to clean stains that even he thought were hopeless. I especially appreciated that the service man was actually tickled that he got those stains. I was impressed because it indicated to me that he really took pride in his work.

We have used them before, so we called them again. The job seemed the way they usually do. One reason we had hired them because they don't use any chemical or stuff, unless we want them to use some chemicals. They frequently have specials going on, and we got a special. The carpet looked terrific after two of the members left; but then I noticed it looked like some stains had been removed within the few days later. I didn't like the noise of the machine they were using, so I didn't want to call them back and disrupt it anymore. I wanted the stain to be corrected first time itself. I would consider using them again because we had them in the past. He is been rated high, and his job is really good. There was a supervisor who had called me afterwards to check things, how are the things, and if we are satisfied; but that was before the spot started reappearing.

They do a really good job. The work that they did turned out very good. They are very prompt and very personable. Their professionalism is good. They are very timely; they were there when they said they were going to be. Their price was good. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

I actually liked their service. This is the second time that I have used them. The first time was three or four years ago. I would definitely recommend them to the others. I will use their services again in the future.

The two service men arrived on time and worked quickly. One guy - the project leader - talked me into getting a stain guard spray which left a sticky film on the carpet until it dried completely. As a result, my husband and I tracked this film onto the kitchen floor and had a filmy residue on our socks, bare feet, and shoes. In addition, it took a full week for the carpets to dry. If you can get your hands on a high utility fan it would help speed up the drying process. For the price, it was great to have the carpets on the main floor, one bedroom, hallway and stairs, cleaned without having to rent equipment and do it ourselves. That alone, made it easy to look the other way on all the other issues.

Just fine. Were on time and stayed on schedule even though we added cleaning the large orientals to the original job.

I was having an increase in allergy responses since moving into my mother's home to take care of her. I called Stanley Steemer to start with a thorough rug cleaning as my mother really never dusted and did not air out her house for more than 15 years. Stanley Steemer responded promptly and courteously. They applied an antibacterial that really has seemed to reduce the problems I have been experiencing in the house with my allergies. My brothers also commented on how much the appearance of the 18 year old carpet looked after they steam cleaned it.

It was excellent and I had no complaints. The price was great.

We believe the actual cleaning job went ok. However I do not consider the cleaning the absolute evaluation of the job. We are busy people who need reliable, honest, contractors who are at least smart enough to park their own vehicles and not burn the time of our employees and frustrate management with nonsense.

I called over the phone and got an estimate of how much it would be to clean just the family room carpet. They were having a special the week I called and said that they could do 2 rooms for $99. I decided to get my stairwell done and family room done. They were extremely flexible in setting up a time to come over and were prompt in showing up. Very nice, were done in twenty minutes and the carpets look beautiful. The price was exactly what they said it would be. No surprises. I would definitely use them again.

From the person who answered the phone so I could schedule an appointment to the when the carpets were completely dry the experience was seamless. The personal at the office were helpful,pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. They gave me a 4 hour window of time that they would come on my chosen date. Technicians call about 1/2 hour ahead. I missed their call because of a phone problem I was having. When they came to the door they said they had tried to call and wanted to know if "this is a good time?" indicating they were willing to come back. The technicians explained everything they would do, went through the house with me, and checked with me several times. They moved most of the furniture to clean under and around it before replacing it in the correct spot and putting blocks under the legs etc. They offered to leave me an industrial fan to speed the drying ( for a nominal fee and then they pick up the next day). I declined because I had my heat on. Using a few standing fans I have, the carpets were completely dry in about 15 hours. They explained how to walk on them before total drying. The technicians also had a very neat appearance and had the company logo on their shirts. They were personable and knowledgeable and very mindful of treating the house and furniture with care. They spent some time on traffic areas and some spots. I did not take note of how long they were here but from when they arrived until they drove away I think it was under one and half hours. The carpets really looked great when they were dry. I have had some disappointments with other carpet cleaning companies and their various methods and was truly surprised by the great results Stanley Steemer obtained for my old carpets.

How did it go? ... very well. Called Saturday at around noon. Scheduled right away for Monday. Arrived on time, very friendly crew (2 guys), got down to business, did the whole job in about an hour and did it very well. Would definitely use them again. Chose them because they got an "A" from Angie's List.

I contacted the company on Thursday and 2 men were at my home Friday morning. They introduced themselves and went right to work. They were very professional and courteous. I don't think the total job took more than 45 minutes. I would use Stanley Steamer again and recommend them to friends.
