Description of Work: We had our air ducts cleaned. They did perform the service, however prior to the service i requested to see the debris that came out and they agreed to that. after they did the cleaning I asked to see the debris and they said it all went into a tank and they couldn't show me. also, they broke off the 'winter/summer' flap for our humidifier and never told us. I found it broken and laying there. they obviously forgot to open the flap prior to starting. overall i think it was a lot of money for what we got.
