Made the leak worse... They had to come back. Would not return phone messages until Home Advisor made the call. When they did come back the 2nd time, we still had leaks 3 days afterward. $400 wasted. We still need to hire another roofer.

Chad was great to work with from the start. He responded quickly and got the job done. His team was friendly, efficient and worked hard. The job was to reset the stone on my front steps, repoint the brickwork and reset pavers. I was very pleased with the quality of the work.

Chad came over on a Friday to give me an estimate on a foundation repair on my garage which faced my pool. He knew exactly how to fix it and said he could do it the next day since it was a relatively small job. He came over the next day with his son and they both got to work right away. They were both very friendly and very easy to talk to and work with. They completely repaired the garage wall as well as filled in some cracks on the concrete around the pool. He also gave me an easy fix for another small repair on my patio. They took something that was an eyesore and made it look brand new and also protected the structural integrity of the garage. His work also comes with a 2 year warranty which gives peace of mind. Chad and his son were a pleasure to work with and I will definitely call them again for any other masonry project or repairs I have in the future!! Thank you very much!

Perfomed job quickly and at a good price.

My fiancé and I recently purchased a new home and needed a roof repair. Chad responded to our request super quickly and was able to get the job done early on a Saturday (his and his wifeâ s anniversary no less). He really saved us with the fast response before a major rainstorm. Very happy with the work and customer service, would recommend!

They were very professional. They did beautiful work refacing our chimney.

The project scope was larger than originally planned as the contractor had to remove more dirt and old concrete than originally estimated. A new price was negotiated and the work was completed satisfactorily. Special thanks and recognition to mason Frank LaBello who worked tirelessly on the project and did a great job!

Lied about fixing the floor and how it would settle over time. Do not pay them until the work is fully done.

4/27/2020 We hired this company to repair our slate roof. We are a military family and gave him a certain amount of leeway because he said he was a Marine. He certainly is not a man of his word like most Marines are. We did sign a contract that that was overpriced and that he did not fulfill until even more money was agreed to. He never did the things he promised he would do. We just want people to know that the two men he had working for him have more integrity than their employer. UPDATE*** This is an addendum to the review below which I posted on 4/27/2020. To further the problems, we have had with Labello Masonry and Waterproofing, Chad Labello called me and threatened that he would not cooperate with my insurance company unless I took down the aforementioned review. This is not about the money, this is about truth, honesty, and integrity.

DO NOT HIRE LABELLO MASONRY AND WATERPROOFING!! If I could give them zero stars I would. I have never given any business a negative review, but feel I must warn other homeowners. Chad Labello gave us an estimate on fixing a slate roof and signed, an overpriced contract, with my husband. Prior to signing the contract Chad mentioned that he was a Marine--one of the reason's my husband, a disabled Vietnam Veteran, hired him. After signing the contract we walked around the house and Chad said for an extra 180 dollars he would paint the rusty flashing on the roof, and would paint the peak of our house for free. I can't comment on his craftsmanship because the actual repairs were done by [a different provider] of Troy NY. I have to say they were wonderful. Robert and Dan from [the other company] were honest, hard working, very respectful young men. They had finished about 3/4 of the job when Chad called them and told them to collect the money and leave. Not only was he going to skip out on the verbal contract we made, but he wasn't even going to finish all that was listed on the written contract. There were a few conversations back and forth and he ended up telling the men to paint the flashing and peak for 750 dollars, not the original 180 he had promised. He didn't even have the decency or courage to tell us what he was going to do, he made the men from [the other company] tell us. My family is a military family, I have raised a son who was in the Marines and a son who was in the 82nd Airborne. Chad claims to be a Marine, but in no way exemplifies the true characteristics of a Marine. Honor, courage and commitment mean nothing to him. His word is not to be trusted and I'd be very leery of even his written contract.

Took longer than it should have.

Great group of guys. Chad the boss was very meticulous and thorough with the job. They have great work ethics and get the job done quickly. Would highly recommend.

Didn't perform all the tasks, make repairs as outlined in the provided estimate. Ignored repeated requests for a receipt of payment.
