I have no complaints about the work.Did what Chad said and has held up. My issue is I have no receipts for the work which I need for tax purposes. It has been months and nothing. I call email nothing,

I hired them to fix my garage roof & some spalling in the basement. I had a couple minor leaks not I have major water damage because the roof is significantly worse than it was. The spalling is worse now as well. Kept saying he would send someone out to fix it & never heard from them again. I ended up taking them to court.

The crew came promptly, fixed my leaking slate roof and also fixed other cracked slates. The were fast and courteous. I thought it was a bit expensive, but I didn't have time to get other estimates. I would recommend them for slate roof issues.

They were on the job very quickly and worked very efficiently even when it was freezing.

They preformed on a timely manner, roof looks improved, repaired a leak , price was in the general area of the quote. Mr LaBello and his crew were skilled and professional.

This was a repair to my brick fireplace. The fireplace is currently torn apart. Damages to the roof and bathroom vent. I called Angi and got the old, we will give you a call back in 48 hrs. Well, it has been 5 days and no call from Angi. I need Angi to call me to resolve. I am 67 years old and needed to climb on top of my 2 story roof to cover the damages myself. You decide if this was a good project.

Terrible mess on my roof and tar on my new gutters. Arrived without proper tools which I had to supply to get the job done. Would not hire again.

I hired LaBello and was quoted $2100 to fix my roof. They replace the ridge vent and re-sealed the vent flashings. The old ridge vent never leaked before, but the one they installed made several new leaks in my roof. They made my roof even worse than before. He then said it would cost an additional $800 + tax to fix that problem. That didn't do anything at all to stop the leaks. He then said I would need to have a new roof installed and he would give me a deal for $14,000 dollars. He then stressed that I need to hurry up and DO IT NOW because it would only get worse and cause extensive damage. He told me he could start on it the next day and again, told me I need to do it in a hurry. He kept pressuring me into hiring him to install a new roof immediately! I became suspicious about his persistence and called another roofer to take a look and he said LaBello did a horrible job and there was no surprise I had so many new leaks. This other roofer installed a whole new roof for $6800 dollars and did an outstanding job. I found LaBello to be a terrible outfit who are a bunch of hacks and definite crooks. LaBello was trying to overcharge me over $7,000 dollars for the job. In my personal opinion I find Chad LaBello to also be a scumbag. When he was here, we got to talking and I told him how my job situation was questionable, and it was looking like I was going to be laid off from my job. Chad knew this but attempted to overcharge me over $7,000 dollars anyway. I definitely would NOT recommend this company for any type of job!

They called and came the same day ,evaluated and able to correct problem. Price about same as other

Repair work well done along with cleanup.

By the time they did the quote it didn’t even take them a week to get me in there schedule to do the work fair price and had it done in a day they cleaned up everything and price was good came with a year warranty if anything goes wrong. Would definitely hire again

Chad and his crew did excellent work in remediating an emergency flooding situation in our basement, He diagnosed the problem quickly, proposed a solution, and finished the job within a few days. His crew took care to clean up afterwards, place everything back as it was before and even asked whether something could be discarded. Both Chad and his crew answered questions regarding everything that was being done and guaranteed their work. His pricing was good and we would not hesitate to recommend LaBello's Masonry. Bottom line is the price was fair, the crew was terrific and the completed work was excellent.

These guys are real professionals and I didn't feel ripped off like you can with some businesses. They are prompt and very respectful, did great work quickly through team work. These are the guys you want to do masonry work. Extremely knowledgeable and experienced.

The crew was very experienced and I am very satisfied with their work. They were conscientious and pleasant to deal with. Mr. LaBello checked back twice to make sure they had all the material the workers needed.

Two years ago I had hired a concrete mason to skimcoat my walkway. Needless to say his workmanship was lousy. The sidewalk buckled and blew apart during the winter. After observing a concrete mason do a job across from me, i asked him for an estimate. He came over, took some measurements and gave me a fair price on a new sidewalk and pad for precast steps which I had already ordered. I also put him intouch with my next-door neighbor who also wanted a new walkway. He told me to call when we were ready and he would schedule us in. I called twice. My neighbor called three times. No response. So, we wrote him off. I made a few calls for estimates and no one got back to me. Went on Home Advisor and Angies List and put out the call. Chad was the only contractor to reach out. Chad showed up when he said he would for the estimate. His attitude was great and his price was fair. A few days later he had a temporary cancelation and asked if he could squeeze me and my neighbor in. He did not push us to make a decision. just offered an option if we wanted it. I said come on over. Chad and his crew were phenomenal. Showed up on the hottest day of Summer ready to go. These guys did not mess around. They worked non-stop clearing away the old stuff and building forms. The next day they poured the concrete and did the finish work. I made a last minute request while he was forming my front walkway if he would also do my back patio. Chad gave me a great price and the back patio was torn up, hauled away and formed before 6pm. They left no mess; cleaned everything up. Tuesday Chad came back when he said he would to cut the fault-lines in my patio, and as a courtesy parged my neighbors steps and fixed some slate for him. Chad's guys worked through a heatwave, no standing around waiting to be told what to do. They all worked tiresly and knew what to do. And they were all gentlemen, always courteous, never complaining. My wife and I highly recommend Labello's Masonry. We'll be using them again.
