Good quality work at a great price!!

The job was to keep the basement walls from constantly getting wet when it rained (or from melting snow). The crew worked on both the inside and the outside to prevent the water problem. The company could have tried to make me feel like I needed more done (then what was) and would have cost me a lot more money then I could have afforded, but they didn't , Great Job!

They were on time, very fast and efficent and cleaned up afterward.

They did everything they were awesome highly recommend them to everyone cleaned up after themselves.

Initial plan was to repair concrete steps and add a sidewalk, parallel to a narrow driveway, prior to replacing the asphalt drive. Ultimately, the finished project included a new concrete drive in addition to the above. The team was timely, respectful and thorough. The completed project surpassed my expectations, even down to the finishing touches. LaBello's is certainly worth considering when you want a company that takes pride in its' product with the knowledge to match

He listened to all my requests, exceeded my expectations and when the job was completed he cleaned up better than before he started the job. The crew arrived on time, worked hard and was respectful.

Was expecting them to come on Thursday but they did not and after repeated calls got response in the evening. Came the next day but seemed like rushing as we were going away in the afternoon. Price was higher than quoted and was expecting floor to look more uniform. Driveway to garage floor seam was to be square cut but is not. Driveway had concrete stains and numerous cigarette butts left on the driveway. Electric eye on garage door opener was knocked off so door wouldn't work. After numerous tries we did get the eye on but was difficult as we could not go on the floor.

Our foundation wall was ready to collapse but Chad diagnosed the problem and got to work right away. Chad and his crew were there every day. They were efficient and careful, courteous and conscientious. Excellent communication, we always knew what to expect and how it would be done. Karen took care of things in the office, and handled the paperwork with the same care and attention to detail that Chad puts into the masonry work. Highly recommended when you want the job done right!

I was very happy with the work because the issue has been fixed. The price was higher than anticipated for the work they done. I didn't get any other estimates though. All in all they did the job and the two guys that were here where GREAT...........

Chad and his crew did a great job with the stamped concrete pad for our pavilion. I appreciated the extra care they took in not tearing up the lawn and how quickly they worked. Fair price as well!

CONCRETE PORCH REPLACEMENT AND FOUNDATION STABILIZATION Chad La Bello came out, reviewed the problem with a section of our concrete porch that was sliding down, determined what was causing it and recommended the proper way to correct it before damage to the house foundation occurred. He also determined that some cracking and early movement of the house foundation was starting and recommended what to do to fix that also. His team arrived on time each day, went right to work and did exactly what Chad said they would. Both jobs exceeded our expectations and they cleaned up afterwards and stayed until everything was done. An evergreen hedge next to the porch had to be removed and cleared before the porch work could be done. The entire porch had to be removed, a proper supporting base installed and new reinforced concrete poured to replace it. They also removed and replaced the steps leading up to the porch and a short sidewalk between the porch and the driveway . For the foundation, they dug around the entire house, installed a metal support matrix/grate to the existing foundation and applied two coats of a special hard shell concrete material that will stabilize and protect the foundation from any future cracking or movement. Both the visible side of the porch and foundation were given a nice sponge finish that made them look great. The walking surfaces of the porch/steps/sidewalk were finished with a broom finish for traction and to prevent slipping, and drain groves were added. They even brought in new topsoil and fixed/repaired the lawn that had been damaged by the concrete truck that had to drive across it to reach the porch. They raked it smooth afterwards and spread grass seed. They also added new soil to the area around the porch where the hedge was removed and graded it to drain away from the house. The whole job was done on time and as described beforehand. We were VERY pleased with everything and will definitely call them again when we need more concrete/masonry work done! I VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND LA BELLO's !!
