This included: air sealing the attic, fire protection for all recessed lighting in ceiling, fire rated barrier around chimney, constructing and insulating a new hatch for access to attic, creating proper ventilation from soffits (which had been an ongoing problem) and blowing in approximately 18 inches of new cellulose insulation. The workers (four men) arrived on time, worked extremely well as a team and where very meticulous in their clean-up. I was very impressed by their professionalism and experience in completing the job."

Deck construction and repairs (NOTE: Composite decks are nearly 40% more expensive than PT pine. Not only is the material more expensive, but the framing is more involved than a standard PT deck thus further increasing the cost). Laminate flooring. Hardwood floor repair. Drywall & taping. Minor plumbing and electric. Larger projects prefered.

"One of the worst experiences I have ever had. I thought I was a getting a good deal because of the price they gave me, but there was no caution. There were no drop cloths and my floors are severely scratched up. There was debris everywhere and and the garbage was left in my backyard. I paid for all of the material so that all they had to do was rip the wall out and replace it with sheet rock and insulation. The wall seems to have been done properly, but the damage done in the process is infuriating. I have to now pay to get my floors done and for the bags of garbage to be taken away. There is so much more I can say, but it just will not all fit on here."
