Description of Work: I had a carpet and a sofa cleaned. The room is approximately 300 sq ft. The carpet cleaning was good. I had to call the company back due to discoloration of the fabric on the couch. The fabric does have a nap, but I was unable to brush the discoloration away. They did return to redo that area of the couch. Now a few weeks later, I have noticed that the fabric on the couch appears to be wrinkly and stretched. I am very disappointed in the results of the couch. | |
