Both units were found to have defective transmitters so, unfortunately, they don't work. But he thoroughly tested everything to ensure the problem was with the units and not with the electrical setup.

Mark not only accommodated my request based on the nature of my call, he actually made arrangements to come one whole week earlier than I had expected. This was an unbelievably nice thing for someone to have done. It is rare that I have come across someone that was as kind, prompt and professional. We had Tri-Phase Electric & A/V Inc. install a whole house generator and a new electrical panel, and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the services they provided. After arguing with me, stating that he knew I meant that I wanted to have a fan installed, he eventually understood that I was talking about replacing the balance wheel, and not "the box", he started arguing about where my building is located, insisting that it was not where I said it was. The day after finally making an appointment with me to do the work, he emailed me to cancel the whole thing, stating that his business — an electrician — does not do that kind of work. WHAT KIND OF ELECTRICIAN DOES NOT DO ELECTRICAL WORK???

Everything went perfectly, from the initial appointment to installation. Marco gave us a very reasonable price for the scope of work, which was much more involved than I realized. He explained everything he was going to do, gave us a timeline, and stuck to it. After the installation was complete (2 full days of work), we had trouble with getting our PlayStation to work, so he came back to our house at the end of the day and spent an additional 2 hours fixing the issue and helping us to fully understand how to work the new system. Great experience all around. Honest, fair, and extremely helpful. We will be happy to hire him again in the future.

Excellent. Marco came by to assess the work and explained in detail the scope of work. He also gave us options (i.e. Sound bar). Marco knew the brand of tv and the sound output therefore suggested the sound bar. While we didn't choose that option, it was nice to know our options. He also installed the infared kit. Not only does it take time to install the tv and hook up the kit, but it takes the know-how and he has that. Marco thinks ahead and works with his team member to discuss the next steps -and at the same time is explaining to us what he's doing. This is our second time using Tri-Phase Electric and we are pleased! Thank you!

They were very accommodating of my schedule and gave me an appointment right away. The electrician was punctual, polite and professional. He got my list done quickly. The only down side was I had to pay for a minimum of a 3 hour service charge and he was done in about an hour. I would definitely use them again though.
