Overall it was a very pleasant experience. I saw a special deal on Angie's List and I called Mark. He answered my call on my first try since I wasn't sure if he serviced the Yonkers area - he confirmed that he did. Then he asked that I send photos of the area of the fixture being removed and a photo of the new fixture. I sent the photos the following morning and he responded quickly with the time and day he would be in the area. I had placed the call on a Thursday and Saturday morning by 10am the job was done. We contacted Tri-Phase because our generator light had turned yellow and we needed to find out what the problem was. Tri-Phase was very professional and courteous, and promptly came to assess the problem a few days after Christmas. Turns out all was OK and it just needed general, yearly maintenance. We were able to coordinate a date a few days later for Tri-Phase to come and perform the yearly maintenance. They are prompt, fast, thorough and honest. We had such a good experience that we have now contracted with them for our generator maintenance going forward. Like a good neighbor, Tri-Phase is there.

I highly recommend Tri-Phase Electric. Mark came out on a Friday to give us a quote to replace our meter box, which was having some issues. Mark is extremely knowledgeable, and clearly explained what needed to be done (and why), including relocating the meter and grounding it to meet current code. The next morning the meter panel began failing in earnest, leaving us without power to our furnace on a 20-degree day. Mark was immediately responsive, and over the next few days, helped us keep the heat on, wrangle with an unresponsive ConEd (including emergency service), and get all permits and paperwork in order to get the work done ASAP. The job was done beautifully, the site left clean, inspected without a hitch, on-time and on-budget. Tri-Phase Electric is a professional, first-rate outfit, and will be my go-to from here on out.
