Tri-Phase guys are great. They were here on time and finished the work on time. Mark is very easy to communicate with, and he replies back right away.

Mark arrived on time, had anticipated the parts which would be needed for the job and went right to the work. He was efficient, polite, considerate and knowledgeable. We were impressed with his thoroughness and pleased that he was able to make our dining room light work again.

Excellent. I had an issue with my power shutting off my Phase B circuits. Con Ed refused to believe it was their issue but Tri Phase was able to diagnose it deal with Con Ed and hten get them to come out and fix the problem at the transformer . It took 4-6 weeks to get it done due to Con Ed lack of responsiveness but Tri phase stayed on it and eventually get problem solved.

We needed an electrician to upgrade our 200 Amp Electrical Service and generator of our new home. After doing some research, we called Tri-Phase Electric. Mark was professional, punctual and knowledgeable. He walked us through the process and what we were to expect during the entire project. The job was done without issues and in the time frame allotted. We were extremely happy with the end result and we will definitely call Mark for any future projects we might have.

I enlisted the services of Tri-Phase Electric to handle a variety of major projects. Specifically, I needed circuit box rewired, installation of a generator and numerous plug sockets including GFCI plugs. Mark came to my home promptly, thoroughly explained what was involved and followed up quickly with a detailed summary of cost of materials and labor. The work was completed with outstanding results. He is very knowledgeable. I was very pleased with his work and would hire him again.

HORRIBLE. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY: on ANGIES list, i searched for electricians and recv'd notification for a coupon deal with TRI-PHASE ELECTRIC for upgrading electrical service in the house we just purchased. Upon reading reviews, we thought we made the right decision. Clearly that was not the case. We encountered the following: - Angies list discount code coupon from his company: Mark did not honor or accept the coupon which lured us to his business and this service- coupon was for 200 Amp Electrical Panel Swap and Service Upgrade, etc -redemption code ANGE-4B55B75C66BC and the estimate he provide to us also listed 200 amp upgrade etc so why this was not honored was never clear to us. -this conversation started on 7/03/18 and to this date no work as been done to the house or service upgrade at all. its been one month of wasted time and comments stating that because it is the summer, coned is 'busy" and these things 'take time' and that we should not contact coned ourselves. -on 7/24/18: price:instead of costing $2600, he stated it would be $3500 and then stated that the new price is $4200 plus $500 in permits and invoice we recv was for $4888.00. We were excited to get the job done and because so much time had already passed, we stupidly agreed to that price. -7/30/18: we made a 60% deposit in the amount of $2980. at 4:45pm and the contract stated we have 30 days to case with or without cause. - we spoke with other electricians who asked why its taking so long and they stated the work could be done within days not weeks or months -permit fees: i called the NY Town Building Dept and they stated that there are NO permits to be filed for electrical work in this town- yet there is a fee of $500 for permits listed and many emails stating he had to file permits and pull permits but the town building dept stated that is not the case and there are no permits for this. 7/31/18: we decided to and did promptly cancel the contract in less than 24 hours before 1pm, which was certainly less than 30 days. Upon informing him/MarkDeBiase/TRI-PHASE of termination, the response received was that we need to send this cancellation letter via certified USPS mail- and i did so, that same date as requested regardless. 7/31/18- recv'd an inflated and unexplainable invoice/bill for over $700 and a statement that if we dont pay we will be liable for attorney fees - meanwhile he is holding over $2900 from us We have rec'vd NO refund as yet. We only received emails demanding payment of over $700 before we can get a credit back to our credit card. Who in their right might would pay $700 without prior notice and detailed proof AND including the $2980 deposit - he would then have over $3500 in his hands which is far more than the $2600 coupon for this service in Angies List. -The level of arrogance and demands for payment are not only annoying but invalid. Clearly the coupon he posted on Angies list was only to lure customers to his company and not to honor that service. - He excels at delays and excuses instead of actually getting the work done and servicing the customer or amicably refunding $ for a job not done. - every email since the termination has stated in BOLD letters that we MUST pay him but what exactly cost $700 ?? The total was based on a PROJECT cost. There was NEVER any discussion of his hourly rates which we were never informed of and only discovered per his invoice at a rate of $125 for supposed work that we have ZERO proof of. This is what we get in our email with every reply after termination with bold letters: " Terminations of Contract: Notwithstanding the foregoing to the contrary, either party may terminate this contract at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party thirty (30) days prior written notices. Notice shall be delivered certified United State Postal Mail. In the event of a Transfer of Ownership of the property manager shall be given notice of same to contractor and this contract, at the option of the new owner, may be deemed null and void as of the date of such property transfer. Termination of contract shall not relieve customer from paying any money due for work completed by contractor prior to receipt of the termination notice." and "Please mail the check" The delaying tactics to reimburse us and resolve this are so uncalled for and unprofessional. I would strongly suggest that you do not engage in business practices with this company.

Mark and his staff were wonderful. Timely, fairly priced, professional, responsive, respectful, communicative and neat. Mark explained the process through every step from start to finish, kept me apprised of the progress and provided the highest quality customer service, which is sadly a rarity. I would not hesitate to recommend Tri-Phase or use them again in the future.

We had a positive experience with Tri-Phase Electric. Mark was great! His team rewired 3 rooms of badly damaged fire-hazard circuitry. It's a huge relief to feel safe again. This is not work that you want to trust to just anybody, and after meeting Mark, we felt he was the right person for the job--personable, knowledgeable, good communicator. He troubleshooted the damage, patiently explained the problem, the solution, and answered our many questions. Mark was true to his word. He delivered on everything promised and really went the extra mile for us on several counts, which we really appreciated. His team was courteous, hard-working and left no mess behind. Tri-Phase will be our go-to electrician.

EXCELLENT. It has been said that you only get one chance to make a first impression. My very first call to Tri-Phase Electric was answered by a live person, not a machine and I didn't have to leave a message and wait for a return call. I told Marco, who answered, what I needed done. He understood immediately, an appointment was set up for a date that was convenient. Tri-Phase arrived on time, very professional and polite. it was explained in very simple language what needed to be done and how it would be done, this put me a ease and made me feel confident that the job would be done correctly. The work was done in a timely manner. It was excellent. I am very very satisfied with the work that was done. Thank you Tri-Phase for a job well done.

Tri-Phase was great. We just bought our house and were having the kitchen remodeled. Mark came to give us an estimate and design the lighting, after his business hours to accommodate our working schedules. We ended up adding recessed lighting to our living room which transformed the living room. The entire process was smooth and turned out great. Mark always answered our questions with detail and explained why he was doing things before he did them. After the job was completed, we had an issue with our contractor's installation of our garbage disposal and dishwasher, which Mark remedied for us with little advance notice. Customer service is obviously a high priority at Tri-Phase. While the cost was higher than our original budget, it was well worth it for the service and results we got. The professionalism, responsiveness, and quality of the work were all top notch. We would definitely recommend Tri-Phase to anyone and are already planning our next project with Mark.
