Very well. Mark did a great job with the town inspectors and was able to completely rewire all of my pumps, heater and other units bring them up to code . He also installed a remote control, managed and sub contracted all of the cement work to build a new pad so the equipment could function better and be more manageable. While it was not cheap Mark did an excellent job. He finished on time with no surprises and alerted me every step of the way as to what was happening. I would highly recommend Tri Phase for any complicated electrical jobs.

Marco installed the Lutron dimmers and also upgraded some of our older dimmers (mostly cosmetic - but it looks 110% better). Marco also made some fixes to extend our WiFi range which was pretty pathetic (or non-existant) in some far corners of the house. Everything is working perfectly - the lighting adjusts itself automatically, and the WiFi signal is strong everywhere. This is the third time we've hired Marco and I would certainly do it again, he's a pro.

I paid $500 for 8 hours of electrician work under an Angie's List deal, but received 4 electrician hours and 4 hours of an inexperienced apprentice. It took them more than a total of 8 hours to install 4 recessed lights and and an extra light fixture box, so was charged $180 for the extra time. I had previously purchased the recessed fixtures and trim kits. They need to supply the wiring, boxes, and wire nuts. Their work was just fair in my opinion. They created quite a mess in the ceiling. I had to do a lot of work to patch the butchered holes they made. Marco was prompt and polite to me but treated his apprentice very poorly. He was downright nasty. I felt bad for the guy. This Angie's list deal was no bargain and I wouldn't hire these guys again.

Mark was very punctual. The job took two days due to some unforeseen circumstances and he did an excellent job.

We were very happy with the work performed the first day and had them come back for additional work on another day. They were on time, professional and very knowledgeable and experienced and the pricing was reasonable. I would highly recommend them for any type on electrical worked needed and I would be very happy to use them again in the future.

We thought everything went well. We purchased the 8 hours of an electrician from the specials page on Angie's List. Marco was on time, professional, and made sure the areas where he worked was clean when he was finished. He has a wealth of knowledge which is helpful as well. He completed all the work we had requested within the time we had paid for. He even waited for me to go to the store to purchase another fixture to install last minute. We are having him come back for some more work next month.

This was a $79 big deal purchase. Their price was okay. I called them back for the $499 deal and I was not happy. I called for a refund and I still have not heard anything about it. There was only one worker and he was okay. He did not do anything. He just went around and checked the outlets. I thought he was okay and then I got the $499 deal and I thought it was a bit of a scam.

Mark and his team were excellent! They were on time, easy to work with and got a job that would have taken several days, done in only a few hours. Mark is extremely reliable and easy to get a hold of. We needed Con Ed to give us an appointment to officially change our main service line over, Mark handled the hassle of dealing with them and gave me updates as soon as he got them. It was such a relief to work with someone that was so on top of everything and that we could fully trust. I would highly recommend using Tri-Phase!!

Mark, the master electrician, arrived on time, he was very pleasant and most of all, did an excellent job repairing and updating some rather old electrical equipment.

I purchased a whole home electrical inspection through Angie's List not really knowing what to expect, but thinking it seemed a good idea. Marco showed up and I knew immediately that he was going to be my go-to electrician. Turns out the electrical system in my house was in good shape, so repairs weren't necessary - BUT - I did set a date with Marco to complete a wish list of electrical tasks. I highly recommend calling Marco next time you need an electrician.

Very professional. Checked all the electrical systems, and smoke detectors in the house for safety and working condition. Gave a detailed report on sockets missing ground, improving safety for gas boilers, and any required upgrades.

Marco and his assistant were great! They were professional and on time and he gave us a lot of different ideas at different price points so we could choose which option worked best for us. They cleaned everything up when they were finished and I'm confident that our scary outlet problems have been fixed.

This is my first time using this company. So many trades people these days are horrible businessmen. Marco is the exception to the rule. He was professional, reliable, and knows his stuff. Mark was exceptionally professional returned my call right away and was on top of all of the work. The job required coordinating with Con-Edison pulling permits and making sure they were ok with the work. Mark was very good with all follow up items completed the job on time was never late and kept me updated with all of the work that happened. He had do re do a job I had performed by a terrible unqualified electrician that I did NOT find on Angie's list. I would not hesitate to use Mark again.

Mark DiBiase, owner of Tri-Phase, was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Beginning with our emergency call to him when our power failed, to the moment he handed us our certificate of compliance, the job was efficiently and quickly handled. When our fuses blew, we called in the fire department. Our next call was to Mark. He was on the scene before the fire department left and was able to allay their concerns, as well as Con Edison's, that the job would be completed quickly and to code. This happened on one of the few cold nights of this unseasonable winter. Thanks to Mark, our power was back on before evening. He was able to provide temporary fuses that gave us peace of mind, as well as electricity, for the night. Mark outlined a plan of what needed to be done to replace our aging system and give us peace of mind that our electrical usage would be safely delivered to our home. He even provided payment options so that we could handle this emergency without it short circuiting our finances. Mark also coordinated his work with Con Edison so that the project could proceed quickly. On the day of service, Mark arrived on time and kept on schedule. He introduced us to his team which included other master electricians like himself. Again, we were assured that the job was in the hands of professionals. Unfortunately, we had another emergency when our furnace pump switch failed the day before. Mark rewired the pump and replaced the switch on short notice without missing a beat. When he and his team left, our house was warm and bright and all materials had been placed neatly for garbage pick up. The work area was spotless and our main panel looked new and modern. We won't hesitate to call Mark again for additional electrical work before our next emergency and it is good to know that we can count on Tri-Phase should the need arise. We heartily recommend Mark DiBiase and Tri-Phase Electric to our neighbors for all electrical needs.

The work came out fantastic! It met every expectation from beginning to end of project including training on how to use the system. I would highly recommend this provider to anyone looking for exemplary work and honesty. It was a pleasure to work with him and his team.

Mark responded quickly to my message, came out and gave me an estimate. Recommended high-quality products for outdoors. Scheduled the work quickly. Recommended against doing work that wasn't worth the cost, even though it would have been a bigger job for him. Got the work done well and fast. Cleaned up after himself. A pleasure to deal with.

Marc was in constant contact after I bought the Angie's Deal. He guided me through purchase of the materials necessary for the jobs I'd requested and confirmed the appointment the day before as well as calling when he was on the way. Upon his arrival, Marc was respectful of my home, wearing protective booties on his work shoes. The problem he was solving had been diagnosed by another provider but Marc took the time to understand the problem and confirm the diagnosis. He explained everything he was going to do and also gave me some information about my house's wiring and how it may impact my furnace in the future. He took time to wrap the older wiring and checked the furnace was turning on before he left. Marc also repaired my rear doorbell which had been out for some time. Thanks to his guidance, I was able to get the right equipment and Marc made quick work of replacing this old bell without any damage to my door. All in all, I was very happy with the work Marc did as well as the way he did it. I fully recommend Tri-Phase Electric and Marco DeBiase!

I purchased an Angie's List deal. He responded to my request very quickly, and set-up an appointment. He showed-up on time, was friendly and knowledgeable and was able to install the new fixtures into our old house. It was expensive, but lower than some of the other quotes we received for the same work. Electric work is just plain expensive, but Marco seems to be very fair in his pricing. He's coming back in a few days to finish the job as we need to have a piece of the ceiling patched before he can finish.

Besides replacing fixtures, Mark also made sure they are adjusted/programmed and working as expected. He waited for timer to turn on/off at intervals. He is a professional, and I feel confident it was done right. Will definitely use him again.

I just called this guy up for potential work in the area and he was a complete jerk.. When I asked for his email address he said " what, its not on the Angies list page?" and then accused me of being a telemarketer!!!!! Yeah, a telemarketer asks if you are able to port numbers over for a large furniture company. Your loss buddy! You should consider having someone else handle customer service for your company...

Courteous and smart, Mark called to say he was running early and could he arrive sooner than planned. He did so and worked very fast, replaced two switches and clearly explained options for our future electrical needs. He seems clearly over-qualified for most household jobs. I'm intending to hire his company to install inwall speakers for y home theater. Recommended!

They did an excellent job. They are clean and efficient. When I had the house inspected, the inspector confirmed that it was a fantastic job. I would use them again. I would recommend them to anyone.
