Marco DeBiase was prompt returning all my inquiries. He took a look at the immediate job and also took considerable time to consult with me on a few other electrical projects I am interested in doing in the future. He provided his expert advice on all of them. He provided me an immediate quote and time to do my small job. Execution was on time and exactly to our agreed specifications.

After losing power multiple times over the past year we decided it was time for a generator. Tri-Phase was prompt and professional. Installation was quick. Explanation on how to use it was very informative. I feel I am prepared now for another long term power outage. I would use this vendor again.

After purchasing a house that was in disrepair I did not know what to do first. When spoke to Marco, he assured me that rewiring the house would be the best option. He replaced the old and outdated electrical wires throughout the entire house. He did not hesitate to effectively communicate with other contractors (ie. plumber, HVAC, and general contractor) in order to get the electrical work done accurately. All of the work was completed in a timely fashion and exceeded my expectations. Marco explained step by step, in language I could understand, all of the necessary things that needed to be done with the high voltage, low voltage, and finishing fixtures.
