Description of Work: I called Valentino to come over to consider a remodeling of my kitchen. He said that he would but he never showed up. I called and left a message but he never responded.

Description of Work: Completely gutted and replaced upstairs bathroom, also installed attic door and stairs. |I chose all fixtures through Valentino's company, he has a nice showroom and his assistant took the time to go through all the choices with me. |Everything was done beautifully and professionally. I couldn't be happier with the results. |The two workers were great. Each day they cleaned up at the end and kept it as clean as possible considering there was demolition and construction right next to the bedrooms. |The job was completed in the time frame given, and at the price quoted with only a very minor addition which was due to some damage found in the wall structure when we opened it up (the house is 100 years old). |There isn't a bad thing that can be said about my experience and I will use him again and would recommend him to anyone.

Description of Work: They exceeded expectations. Everything they did was top notch from the carpentry itself down to the taping and plastering. I'm so pleased, I cannot say more.

They were punctual, and very clean and the price was right. They addressed all my concerns and wishes I couldn't be happier with the end result and the appearance of my beautiful floors. Description of Work: Lisi Contracting put a new roof on my house and detached garage. Valentino came to my house with the sample shingles and I picked the one that I wanted. They came back the next day to start the job.

Description of Work: I am a new restaurant owner, and I needed a lot of work done at my new place. I did not have any ideas on how to do anything with the place. Lisi contracting provided me with all the ideas for painting, floor, bathroom, etc. Their ideas on detail have made my restaurant look amazing, and I always get compliments from my customers on their work. I feel truly blessed with their service.

Description of Work: This was a complete kitchen remodel. The kitchen was totally gutted and the job took about 1 month. My house was built in 1908 and basically had a 1950's kitchen in it. These contractors were true to their estimate. The were consistent EVERY DAY and ON TIME everyday, starting work around 9am. They were courteous and attentive. My husband had some experience in contracting, etc and every evening he would go over the work. If there was something that he wanted to change or had a suggestion, they listened and paid attention. VERY APPROACHABLE. The quality of the work was superb. The finishing details and craftsmanship was outstanding. I can't tell you how proud I am and even though its almost 3 months later, I still sit in my kitchen and marvel. Their estimate was fair. What drove my price up is the cost of my high end appliances (almost 25K), my expensive floors, and my quartz counters and backsplash. What I enjoyed a lot also was the suggestions made by Valentino. When he walked into my bare bones kitchen, he immediately started to suggest ideas, like a designer. He made it fun. I did not experience any of the "negative" things you hear about with kitchen remodels from this group. by all means, HIRE THEM. and if you want to see my kitchen, call them and i will gladly let you see it. They provided that for me before i hired them and it was well worth it. Lisi Contracting comes highly recommended. I have at least 3, possibly 4 more jobs for them to do. They will probably make my whole house over, and I KNOW I will be completely satisfied.

Description of Work: this company has worked at my house sins last year but the last job was last month.we had windows replaced, addition made from foundation to roof, redone the kitchen with everything plumbing ,electric, cabinets,crown molding, tiles,back splash ,and we had the bathroom redone , plumbing, electric,tiles, tub , sink, faucet.we were very happy with there work because we have little kids and they would come on the hours of the day that was convenient for us.
