The painting work was well done. There were some problems with the way the job ended but Precision has reached out to try and make things right.

i got over 3 estimates from different companies. Ken Sanford seemed more reliable and was spot on when it came to identifying all the things that needed to be fixed prior to painting. The above cost includes all the cost of materials as well as the carpentry work that was performed. I am very pleased by the overall quality of workmanship, professionalism of the workers. The project proceeded Ina timely fashion. Alex was the project manager assigned to me. He showed up every single day to oversee the work and address any problems or concerns. Carlos was the foreman who was working on the project to ensure the other workers were doing a good job. They even took care of a few things that weren't specified in the contract. Didn't charge me extra for them. I would certainly use their services again , and be happy to recommend them to my friends.

This painter couldn't have been nicer and more professional. He worked diligently all day and the job is perfect. It looks amazing!!!! I will definitely have them come to back and do another room. The painter from Precision did a remarkable job. He painted the entire room in one day and did a great job. I would definitely use them again for my painting needs. I have absolutely no complaints.

Ken was great to work with - honest and has sharp eyes. I had a another estimator come out to my apartment after hearing Ken's opinion (to shop around/compare), and the other estimator didn't notice some of the things Ken pointed out (i.e. light pink wall paint that somehow also outlined the white ceiling, and a lumpy wall that needed a skim coat). Ken and his team came on-time (actually earlier than expected) and finished everything in 1 day...super convenient! Originally I only planned on doing 2 rooms, but I'm glad I had the whole unit done because it feels and looks cleaner.

It went very poorly. I had to keep dealing with several different levels of management who clearly never spoke to each other. I contracted for a 3 day weekend of painting the interior of my office and at the last minute after we had moved things around and emptied rooms they called and cancelled. We set it up for the next weekend and everything was set until the last hour they cancelled again because their workers didn't want to work on Fathers day. They then promised to stay in a hotel so they could complete the job on Friday and Saturday. None of that happened. The workers arrived late Friday night and worked through Friday and Saturday and then said they were done early on Sunday morning. The job was absolutely horrible and the mess they left was horrible. Any kind of assistance from the company after was nonexistent.

Ken and his team were very professional and thorough. They power-washed the entire house even though only three walls were to be painted. Ken color-matched the paint to the rest of the house perfectly. The results are phenomenal. Ken and his team were exceptional in their painting work that was required for our home. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Outrageous estimate - waste of time

Gave an estimate for $5500 to paint a 2500 square ft home, estimate was too high.

In spite of beginning the job a little late due to car trouble, the work was amazing. He worked without taking a break to paint the front hall ceiling, long hall ceiling, bedroom ceiling, and two complete bathrooms. He completed the work in 7 hours with a smile and a total clean up. Great experience. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks for the great deal Angie's List.

Ken came to my apartment and gave me estimates. The painters arrived on time and did the work in a timely manner. They cleaned up after they left. They were very courteous.

They did not honor my purchase even though the listing says they service my area.

Was very happy with all aspects of the job done. While it was more expensive than I wanted, Ken was very fair in ponting out the reason for the additional costs. Jose and Felix were excellent workers and took extra care in ensuring that the job met my standards. I would recommend these three individuals highly.

Very professional operation. Ken is punctual and responsive and the guys who painted - Pedro and Alex were professional and friendly. They did 2 coats in a large area and finished by 5pm. We are very happy we the quality of the work - would def use again and highly recommend.

They came ahead of time and told me they could do the work. I had purchased two deals so I had two guys here for the day. It ended up taking up double the amount of time and double the amount of paint. They had me pay additional to come back out and complete the work. They also knicked some of my furniture but denied it. I felt the deal was kind of a scam.

We were very happy with the overall professionalism of the Precision staff from the on set of the job to finish. We especially appreciate all the work performed by Ken Samford the leader of the crew. He had a great vision and guided us through the process. He organized everything and everyone to work perfectly even to my standards :) I'm an accountant and a major perfectionist - Ken saw all the areas to improve by his crew even before I did - very impressive. We especially had a unique situation because we needed to move into or house within 3 weeks due to personal circumstances. Ken hit all the deadlines as we requested. All other contractors we spoke with gave us a minimum 6 week timeline. The painers did a great job. We asked the team to restore a 100 year old banister and they accomplished it perfectly. Every time we visited the house during the renovation we saw a few guys working on the banister - we know he Ken must have lost money on this part of the job but he was very professional and did not ask us for money. In all we have worked with contractors in past and had a horrible experience every time - especially when we renovated our doctors office. I can't say enough positive things about how much Ken caught the ball in so many difficult situations, from finding a plumber and electrician last minute (whom were very professional and did excellent work) to coming up with great ideas and solutions to our ongoing problems during the renovation. We will only use Precision with Ken being our lead project manager.

Booked an Angies list deal and took off work to have the work done. Got a call around 8am saying the painter called out sick and we had to reschedule. I was livid, advised the owner I needed the work done as planned because i took off work. He said he would see what he could do. Luckily, he was able to find someone and a couple of hours later work began. I was grateful that they were able to find someone to cover the guy who called out sick. This level of customer service makes a HUGE difference and is much appreciated.

From the beginning to the end Precision Painting Plus excellent. Ken, was terrific and always answered all my questions and concerns. The painters showed up on time and were very helpful and super neat. I would definitely recommend Ken and his team.

Precision Painting Plus did an amazing job painting our house and refinishing our floors. They were extremely professional throughout the job from cost estimating to project completion. There were a few unexpected issues that came up during the job and Irene and Ken were both immediately responsive in resolving them without argument. Irene was super helpful in assisting me in choosing paint colors for the entire house and Ken's team did an amazing job with the painting. Without exception, all of the visitors to our new home have commented on how great the paint and the floors look. A final note worth mentioning is that Precision really stands by the quality of their work. Months after they had completed the job, we noticed a minor issue with an area of paint on the baseboard. Ken immediately returned my call and came to the house to check out and correct the situation. I highly recommend this company and Ken and Irene in particular to anyone looking for help with paint and floors.

They scheduled this on very short notice and the 2 who did the work were great. The only complaint I had is that the job really needed 3 people. As a result, they worked well into the night and it was a very long day for everybody. That said, they did a wonderful job and they accommodated my schedule which was wonderful. Highly recommend.

They were very professional and very knowledgeable about the painting job, plus good at problem solving (repair work that needed to be done in order to achieve a quality result). There was one area (window sill) that was accidentally overlooked ... the crew came back the very next day, apologized for the oversight and did the work (plus some extra work to make up for the inconvenience). We were very pleased with the quality of the work.
