Precision Painting Plus

I was very happy with the job Precision performed. The project lead, Nelson, was fantastic. The house looks great! You know you hired the right company when there is a miscommunication but the company and Nelson corrected it. I had asked to have the fascia board and gutters painted as these are white aluminon and were greatly weathered. These were not painted and I was not present on the last day. I subsequently informed Precision and Nelson that these were not completed. Nelson and Precision responded and he came back a few days later and corrected the situation. Sloppy rushed work. We are finding paint in places it should not be. Door knobs, carpet, hard wood. We can see spots on the walls where the paint is not 2 coats. I wish I found all this before I made my final payment. I did let them know I was not to happy with the job but never heard back from anyone.

His estimate was very good. He was very honest about pricing.

Although Precision Painting Plus services a large area, I never felt lost in the shuffle. Requested help to paint master bedroom. Received immediate phone call to discuss project. Project manager then stopped by to talk particulars. Account manager organized every step of the process. Painters showed up when scheduled and left everything in order. I was very pleased with PPP from start to finish. Would definitely hire again

The crew was great and efficient and skilled. The whole job took one full day, and we are very happy with the results.

This is an update for the review I left on their website a few months ago: After my 3-star review (I was generous) they sent two guys to fix their sloppy painting job. When they came, they were late for some other side-gig (from what I understood from their conversation) and were clearly not happy about it. My wife suggested that they use painter's tape for corners/molding they laughed and said that they are PROs and don't need it -- LOL. In short, they did a rush job, and the quality was...well, consistent with their effort. Now I'm reducing my review to 2-stars because of this (their customer service is still good :) The original review: "Great customer service initially, but sloppy job quality for the price. When I asked to come back and touch up the spots they left unfinished, the head of the painting team responded twice that he would get back to me and eventually just disappeared. I’ll finish it myself, but will not return as a customer. I’m attaching just a sample of the things that prompted me to write this review — it’s nothing major, but when spots like that are everywhere in the house, I can’t be satisfied with the job. In addition to that, they refused to take off the shoe molding prior to refinishing the floors, so now I have unfinished parts of the floor."

Second time we have used PPP. They are great!

Arranged to have painting done while we were on vacation. Everything went and we returned to nicely painted rooms.

They were very good and I'm very pleased with their work. They were efficient, did the work in one day, and clean up very well. No problem at all.

The service was good and the manager was very good.

Work done very well quickly but price was ridiculous for a 2-person 4 hour job

We first asked for a quote and a smart and knowledgeable guy came and explained how he would tackled the job, what kind of paint he recommended and how long it would take. He then quoted me a price that was quite a bit more than his competition. However, we noticed that he was offering two coats of paint and the ceilings and baseboards too for that price. He was very specific about his recommendations for the job and inspired confidence. The job went well, it was completed in a timely fashion and they even came back to touch up an area that was not perfect.

After several hours, they called back and said they don't have the staff to service our area for the foreseeable future

They were very professional. Their estimate was very close to the finished price. They worked with me in helping to select colors, and again, the work was very professionally done and they were very clean. No accumulation of mess.

The project took two weeks. They did everything that was called for in the estimate. Power washed the entire house; primed the entire house; painted the house with two coats of premium paint. The project manager visited the project every day. They did some extra carpentry without additional charge. They arrived punctually. Cleaned up at the end of each workday. The price was not the lowest estimate but was within the range I expected.

Was excellent. Two guys showed up with the supervisor. They worked all day, but another coat was needed so they came back the next morning. Cleaned up well. The supervisor came back with a colleague to evaluate the work. It was a room painted dark blue and we wanted it white. They primed and put on 3 coats. I wanted hands off on this, they bought the paints we wanted, educated us on the job. Even removed some blinds! They even gave us advice on another job. Polite and trustworthy, we were not home half the time.

Overall good. Needed to remind multiple times to care for certain areas and re-coat. Communication and arrival was punctual

I absolutely love the work done by Manoel’s team. They were punctual, hard-working, precise, and efficient. Michael, the project manager, provided marvelous leadership. He installed the crown molding, which impressed me because he led as well as assisted the team. I admire the finished product so much.

Outstanding job from beginning to end, from Scott the project manager and Steve the coordinator the job was priced competitively and completed in a timely manner. And a special head-up to Alvaro who's professionalism and expertise was clearly evident.

The work was done very well. The crew was efficient and professional. Communication was easy with the crew and project manager. They said the job would be done in 3 days and it was.

Ken, Paul and crew did a wonderful job. My damaged walls were expertly repaired. The crew arrived promptly each morning and worked neatly and quietly - I barely knew they were there. The quote was fair and covered all contingencies. Will definitely be calling again to have the rest of our home painted!
