Ken, Paul and crew did a wonderful job. My damaged walls were expertly repaired. The crew arrived promptly each morning and worked neatly and quietly - I barely knew they were there. The quote was fair and covered all contingencies. Will definitely be calling again to have the rest of our home painted!

The whole project went very smoothly. Staff contacted me almost immediately upon submission of estimate request. Work was done sooner than originally estimated (during Holidays in December). Estimator and staff showed exactly on time and staff performed the work within one day, which was great. Work site was very clean after work. Painting work was flawless. I'd use them again and recommend to others for similar scale work.

Mike Adler the painting contractor was great. He coordinated the carpenter and the painters. He made sure that the job went well. Roberto was on site most of the time. I wish I could bottle both of them since they were so great.

This was our second experience with Precision. They are not the cheapest, so we expected high quality as before. They estimated a 2 day job, and they also estimated the amount of Benjamin Moore paint it would take to complete the job. They apparently rushed and did the job in 1 day. They over-estimated the amount of paint needed and left (and charged) us with nearly 5 gallons of unused paint. They left paint spattered on the woodwork and left some areas unpainted. They had to return later to patch up, which they gladly did.

I used Precision Painting for a job. They are spectacular. They’re really, really good. I would no doubt about using them again. They are terrific. They had a special, it was 8 hours for $200 or $250 I believe. They’re excellent. Price was good, but it was a special. We talked about them doing two rooms and they gave me a very good price for both of them and I was able to do a little better on the second room with someone else. With someone else that I used didn’t do quite as good a job as I wanted them too, so again, I’d have to consider Precision. While the price may be a tad high, they were willing to negotiate the price, and they’re just very good. Quality is excellent. They called me twice just to see if I was happy with what they had done. They’re professional.

I purchased a deal, and they showed up to review the job and provided me a quote at that point. I purchased a deal for skim coating work and not even once did they show they could do the job. Instead of asking for other things and the amount that I had anticipated it would cost skyrocketed. So, I tried to trim off some of the extra things and remove some of the services were still too high. I didn't get a good feeling from them, I felt like they did a bait and switch.They wanted to pile on more things than I had the budget for. They didn't even try to earn the business. I tried to work with him to get the services down and he didn't put too much effort in after that. In person, once he showed up the estimate was pretty detailed. So, basically the skim coat in my living room, that's when I felt like I was being up-sold. He said you have to have the paint job, then you have to do the ceiling and then you know. I said eventually, I may want to do some other rooms and then we looked at some rooms and offered me an extra quote. Once, he gave me the quote I said okay that's way more than I expected to spend well beyond the few hundred dollars that I usually spend. But, at that point, once I said okay let's do one room skim coat, light paint job. It was absorbing in price. That huge up-sell, that's the way I felt.

Painting was done very good. A few issues that had to be taken care of after completion, but my project manager was professional and accommodating. I would hire them again, and recommend them to friends.

Everything went very well from beginning to end. I was contacted within 24 hours, Ken and John came the next day to give an estimate. Contract was sent via email and signed. My requested day of appointment was confirmed. John and his worker came promptly on the scheduled day of service. John kept me informed throughout the day and went the extra mile to get the proper access door. The job was cleaned up and completed by 4:30 pm. John returned to insure my satisfaction; payment was made and receipt sent via email. I found John Perez to be extremely polite with an aim to please. I will not hesitate to call them again.

They're great! I will definitely use them again. They came in when they said they would and were very neat and tidy. I am very happy with their service.

It was an awful experience. The work was extremely sloppy- they got paint all over the new cabinets, the new hard wood floors, and the new windows. The windows were literally painted shut. They came back to fix all the problems but just made additional mistakes in the process. It was so bad that my husband told me he didn't want them ever to come back to the house to fix the remaining issues. To make matters worse, the job ended up being way more than we expected because the estimate they provided for material costs (the cost of the paint) was 800-1000 but the cost ended up being around 2000. The project managers were professional and tried to correct the errors but in the end it boiled down to extremely poor quality. One of the managers said, "this is the worst I have ever seen" and, when I told him that I was prepared to share our terrible experience on Angie's list, he said, "I don't blame you."

The Service went well... The Service provider met timelines and was very efficient. The Service Provider Disposed of materials after the work was completed.
