It was a pleasure to work with Precision Painting Plus for a bedroom painting project. They were very professional, painting was done very well and the company was always very responsive. We are using them again for an exterior house painting project as well, to be scheduled for summer 2023.

Description of Work: They painted our closet doors. The man who did the painting was very nice and I was initially impressed by the work. He was brought to my house by another man. He painted closet doors to refresh them. I later found paint on a sleeve of a jacket and he didn’t prep the area and this caused dissatisfaction. I would not use them again due to their lack of prep work.

Description of Work: I wouldnt hire this outfit if they were the last painters on earth. I made an appointment for an estimator to arrive between 10 and 11 AM. They had both my numbers to call if needed, say, if late. At 11:30 called the office to check. After waiting in hold for several minutes, I got a snippy guy who told me he would send a message to the estimator. How I dont know because he said he didnt have the guy's phone number! So he couldnt say when the guy might show up. Naturally, I told him to forget it. Imagine what hoops these clowns would make you jump through if they were in the middle of painting your house. Pass them by! UPDATE -- The March 17 response to my review from this company is flat-out not true. No one came to my door or waited outside my house for 45 minutes. Accepting this obvious fabrication requires you to believe that the estimator not only did not call either of my numbers, but also that he never rang more doorbell or knocked on my door. Besides, I was annoyed that no one showed up on time, so I frequently looked out in front. I was home for hours before, during and after this supposed 45 minute waiting period. There is no way I would have missed this guy if he was there. So we have a company that not only screws up badly and wastes my time but now compounds the offense by writing an insincere "sorry" while telling tall tales.
