They were very professional, careful of where they positioned their trunks, cleaned gutters where saw dust was, raked the lawn of all leaves and branches afterwards.

I called them to receive a quote to remove two fairly large maple trees that were dead and dying. They provided a quote within a week, they showed up a week after that and removed the trees safety and professionally in about 4 hours time. They also TOTALLY cleaned up the big mess that comes with felling two trees into your yard, even blowing the chain saw chips out of the grass.

Very well. They told me they would be coming in my area soon and would call me before they came. They didn't call, but I called them again and they came soon after that. The workers were quick and did a nice job removing the tree and cleaning it up. I didn't realize that the stump grinding would be done by a separate crew so I called to see when it would be done. It was finished the same day.

The overall experience was great. They came in and cut the trees down in a matter of hours, cleaning up the waste as they went. The stump crew came the next day and ground down all the stumps below grade so they can be backfilled. The only issue was that I could not get a definite time that they were going to arrive to perform the services. I was lucky I was home for a utility service call when they came to perform the tree cutting.

After contacting Treelanders to gain a price quote, we had a difficult time arranging to meet for the quote. I was told to mark the trees I wanted removed with a ribbon and gave specific areas on my property I wanted other trees raised and trimmed. Within just a couple of days I had an estimate for the work to be done. Compared to multiple companies, their price was in the mid-range. Crew that came to perform work arrived at my house shortly after 7AM and stayed until the trees were down and trimmed. A few days later a crew returned and ground the stump to a tree. The tree crew was concerned about where my underground utilities were. After showing the markings that cable only ran through the backyard, they explained that they would do everything possible to protect the wiring. Next thing I knew large, sturdy plastic mats were pulled off of the trucks and placed throughout my backyard to protect it from the falling branches. Professional throughout the entire process. The only thing I could comment about that was negative was that I was never told when the crew would be coming out to begin work. I had spoke with the secretary in the office multiple times and requested to be given a days notice of their arrival so that I could move my my camping trailer out of their way. Unfortunately, that did not occur so once the crew arrived I had to rush around to move my trailer which caused me to be late to work. Despite that I would highly recommend this company.

We originally contacted TreeLanders because we wanted a quote to have the tree trimmed. When we realized that the tree had a crack in it, they offered to remove it and grind the stump for the same price. They did a very good job. It took several weeks for us to get on their schedule, but it was a very busy time of year and for the price, I didn't mind waiting. Very good communication with the office staff. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The company provided excellent service. The crew arrived early in the morning and brought the whole tree down in only a few hours. They were quick and efficient and very responsive to all of my questions. Their trucks and equipment were clean and well maintained and they set up a protective layer around our houses and on the driveways. They even cut up a bunch of the smaller branches and left them for firewood, which I had requested. The yard was raked and the stump was ground down. Everything was exactly as they had specified in their contract. The only difficulty was that it took them a few more weeks to get here to do the work than I had initially requested. When I called to ask about that, the receptionist said that the crew had been downstate working on storm clean-up for longer than they expected. This is a minor thing, as I was in no real rush to take the tree down and they did such a wonderful job when they arrived. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them highly.

They were prompt. The wood was perfect, it was dry. They delivered it to where I told them. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

. I had an order from the town that I reside in to have something done with a 90 foot tree in my backyard with in three days. I contacted many tree services from Angie's list, and one three contacted me back, one of which was Treelanders. The three company's all came to my home, and once again Treelanders was the only company that gave me a quote. The one company that came to look at our tree actually recommended me to contact Treelanders. So, Treelanders was contacted on a Monday, July 2, to cut down the tree, and the work was completed on July 4th. ( how about that, they worked on a national holiday). The crew arrived on time, and got right to work. The crew worked non-stop till lunch break ( 4.5 hours), and when they arrived back from break, the once again got right back to their job. It took the men an entire day to cut down the tree to a stump. As they worked, my family and I watched in amazement. As they cut the limps that covered the middle of the tree, we could see that there was at least a 7-8 foot crack, and if the tree was left standing. It took the crew to complete the job a total of 8 hours. The last few hours on the job, a crew of 4 men came in to clean up both my neighbors yard and mine. I strongly recommend Treelanders. The crew did a tremendous job. We appreciate what they had to do on this job.

I left a voice mail for this contractor on 5/21/12. I received a call back from them on 5/22/12, and they told me to mark the trees I wanted trimmed, so that they can look at the work even when I was away from home. I marked the trees when I got home that day. The next morning (5/23/12) I received a call from them stating that they are not taking tree trimming jobs at this time, and they referred me to another contractor. What I did not appreciate is my time that was wasted on 5/22/12. Shouldn't they have known at that time that they were not taking tree trimming jobs at that time instead of having me spend time marking trees?

They were good; they just let a couple of rocks on my lawn from their truck because the ground was soft. They cleaned up and everything. The tree service companies I called referred them to me because all the other companies thought that they were too big. They came out, told me what they were going to do, and did it. They also threw in taking off some bushes that were alongside the house free of charge for me. They cleaned everything up and hauled all the trees away. They were here early.

Excellent Said they would arrive after a long period of no rain so that the soil would support the weight of the truck. Arrived in early morning and were finished prior to noon. Cleaned the yard. The tree trunks were picked up by a logging truck from the roadside within 2 hours.

They were a referral from some one else. They had a really good price. We had gotten 3 trees taken down. One of the trees was in the wires in front of the house. I would use them again if needed.

Were responsive; provided estimate in a timely manner. Had to be bugged to get the job done within time frame but said they were planning on calling soon anyway. Showed up on time on the day; very professional and polite. Did an efficient and good job.

Call for estimate was answered by a person, not a voice mail, she got back to me the same day when she said she would.They were very courteous on the phone, prompt with the service and there was no inconvenience to me. I did not even need to be home for the work to be completed. The work was done promptly within a week. I felt the cost was reasonable for the work. Even though this was a small job, it was done with customer satisfaction in mind.

They are local and have a good reputation. They are fast, efficient and clean up after themselves. Their prices are very reasonable and they are nice guys. I will use them again in the future.

The estimate and work was very professional. The only problem was communication. I wanted to be there when the work was done. It was hard to get a date for the job to be done and when a date was set they didn't show up. They finally set a date and showed up and the job was done well.

I called the company and within a couple of days I received an estimate. The job was performed on time and you could not even tell that somebody worked in my backyard. The area was neat and clean.

The tree lander employee were very professional and did an excellent job. They left the backyard as if no tree had been removed, they picked up so well after themselves.
