Everything was great. I would definitely hire again.

They kept to their word since they said they would rectify any problem that would arise. I think they went out of their way and above and beyond what they should have done to help out. The leak had nothing to do with how the roof was installed, but was caused from the snow and ice build up.

I was getting some leaks because of ice build up on the roof. I called in the morning and requested to have snow and ice dams removed from house. I spoke with Mike and he provided a quote right on the phone (300 / 1 section or 500 / whole house) and estimate of when they could come (same day!). Everything was taken care of by mid afternoon. A large crew showed up and they worked quickly breaking off the ice dams and shoveling off all the snow. They even cleaned off the driveway after dumping some snow on it. Thanks! Also, these guys did not build our roof. I wish they did, then I probably wouldn't have had this problem.

The price for the roof was $500, and Mike was very apologetic that he had to charge extra for the deck, which actually required as much time as the entire roof because of the amount of accumulated snow. The crew of about 8 guys was very efficient and polite. They were careful to check for skylights and anything else that was buried under all the snow on the roof. They also checked the shingles and integrity of the roof. They were able to come the same day that I called, even though they were very, very busy. All in all, a very positive experience!

It went very well. They did everything they said they would. They were courteous, neat and efficient. While it cost a little more than other companies may have, they were very good at what they did.

I called the Roofing Guys on November 25th and spoke to Ken. I told him that we have had issues with ice buildup in the past and that we wanted to get suggestions and a quote on preventing this from happening again, this winter. He talked to me about heat tape, ice/water barriers and flashing and we scheduled an appointment for an estimate for the Friday after Thanksgiving, December 5th, at 9:00am. At 9:30 am I called to inquire about our appointment, because I had to be somewhere at 11:00am. The person who answered the phone had Ken call me back. He had forgotten. OK. It can happen. He said he would come right over, so I waited. I showed him pictures of the ice from the previous year and he looked at the exterior, but only from the ground. He never went up and looked at the roof. He said that he would go back and talk with the owner and work up an estimate. I told him that we would not be doing a full tear off/repair, and that we needed a less expensive alternative. Again, we discussed heat tape, flashing and installing a new ice/water barrier in the problem areas. I did not hear back from them and the following week, we had snow and had ice build up. I called and left a message on their machine. 10 days later, Ken left me a voice mail saying that they would not be able to help us and that in order for them to address the issue the way that they would do it, it would cost too much. For one thing, we never discussed any actual prices. The fact that our original appointment was forgotten, they were unresponsive and then said they were not interested in doing the work, tells me that I am glad I never had them do any in the first place. Maybe a "small job" is not worth their time, but such horrible service and unprofessional manner is certainly not worth mine. We did receive a quote from a reliable contractor who kept his appointment. This contractor immediately went up on the roof and was able to determine why we were having a problem and completed the work within a few days.

The process was professional and performed as per estimate. Workers were courteous. No delays. Company was flexible in weather considerations. They took measures to protect the shrubbery and were very thorough in cleaning up after the job. Definitely would recommend them.

We asked for an estimate, thinking that our roof needed repair. The representative from The Roofing Guys came the same day. He thoroughly checked the roof and skylights, and concluded that the roof did not need attention now. He did point out some high-priority problems with our gutters, even though The Roofing Guys do not install gutters. We were impressed with his promptness, professionalism and honesty.

they came at 7:30 the owner,mike came and talked to me,his men did a great job,from stripping,reroofing,and cleaning up the debris .they put plywood in front of all all doors and windows,then hung tarps over everfthing. they were done about 12:30 very professional the roof looks great and comes with a 20 year warranty 100% labor and material included.thay also have a+ rating from the B.B.B.

The Roofing Guys were not cheap, but they were very professional, timely, courteous and clean. Their price was negotiated to be the same as most other contractors. I got 4 quotes, and after asking just once, The Roofing Guys came down to within the same price area as the others. The biggest difference was that they did the job in ONE DAY!!! This was a 40 square job, and they arrived at 8 am and stayed until 7 pm to complete the job. The workers were couteous (there were 18 of them) respected our property, covered landscaping plantings to protect them, and afterwards, they completely cleaned the premises before leaving. In the month scince, I have found ony 3 or 4 nails, and thankfully, none were in my automobile tires. They did a great job and I would highly reccommend them, and/or use them again. In fact, my next door neighbor was so impressed, that he has booked them for a similar job.

As for the roof... no reason to complain, but ask me in a few years and I'll know for sure if I like the roof. But the staff was great. 1st day storm hit all at once. Crew packed ladders/equipment. Instead of just going home. They stayed and cleaned up the entire property's lot of barrels and barrels of roof debris - in the storm. I would not have blamed them if they had just left. The were meticulous about cleaning - including both of my neighbors houses and porches. Kudos to Jerimiah. This may be standard in the industry, but this was my 1st roofing job, so I didn't know what to expect. The entire staff was polite, friendly, and professional. My only complaint is small. They knew there would be a big dirty mess in the attic. They should have covered the items stored there. As it was, they cleaned up there 3 times! But there will always be a little dirt left that is just tough to get to. A set of tarps might have been smarter. As for the roof itself? Well it looks good. I'll know if it IS good in a few years.

These guys were 1 of 3 estimates we received. They were the most expensive, but then matched the middle of the road guys price. Paul was very helpful and informative. He sent me photos of shingle colors on other roofs so I would have a good idea of what some colors looked like on a larger scale. We received about a 4 day notice of when they would be at our house to begin the job and it was within 30 days of getting the estimate. The did the job all in one day and they did a great job and made sure the yard was free of debris and nails. The dumpster they used was rolled onto wood so that it would no sink into our driveway.. huge plus. I would recommend them and I think they did a great job.

They were prompt, friendly, and extremely efficient. They were also very clean, picking up all debris and leaving my deck and patio spotless. The price was also very good based on other estimates I received. Can I give them an A+? I would recommend them to anyone who wants a job done well and who might feel, as I did, uncomfortable about hiring contractors for a big job.

The workers were efficient and obviously knew what they were doing. Completed the job in about 2/3 of a day.

Overall the experience was very good. Very professional and did a great job.

It went fantastically well! The Roofing Guys crew is a well-oiled machine that puts into practice a very well thought-out method of operation. A large presence of workers show up. They cover your house and shrubs completely with plywood and large plastic tarps. One bunch removes the old roofing, while a ground crew is already gathering and cleaning up the old material all around the grounds, even as this material is showering down all around them. The crew to install the new roofing goes up, as the grounds are still being cleaned up. Other crewmembers are handing materials up to the installers on the roof, on a continuous basis. All these "Guys" are relentless in performing their individual tasks. Throughout the entire time, the grounds are being cleaned-up, and policed. All the while, the owner of the company is present, overseeing the entire operation, and at times taking a "hands-on" approach, if necessary. THE WHOLE THING WAS DONE IN 5 OR SO HOURS!! I am confident the roof was done right, and there was not a piece of debris to be found on the grounds. My house is a ranch type home with approximately 1,300 sq. ft. of interior space. I highly recommend The Roofing Guys!

The crew sent to do the job was very professional. At the end of each day everything was cleaned up before they left. Since our roof is large with a number of dormers and steep pitch, the job took about 5 and 1/2 days. We are very pleased with the end result. I might also note that there was a problem with a neighbor on the first day that was handled in a very professional manner and resolved. The job was only considered complete when they were sure we were satisfied.

Went very well. They arrived with a huge crew - maybe as many as 25 workers. They knew exactly what they were doing. They protected the entire house with plywood sheets, protected all the shrubery and walkways with tarps, and within probably 3 hours of their arrival the entire old roof had been removed, put into a dumpster, and the entire yard all cleaned up. Wherever the roof met the siding, they removed the siding, removed the old flashing, and installed new flashing. Replaced the flashing to one chimney, inspected and then re-pointed the copper flashing on a second chimney. The entire job took one full day and a few hours on a second day. Very impressed by their work

The Roofing Guys made replacing my roof a first class experience. Ken Scott provided a timely estimate with all of the details relative to the products, service and insurance the company offered. He also provided samples of shingles as well as drove by homes I noticed to confirm the colors I was looking at. Ken was extremely patient while I chose a roof color and made the decision as to when to replace my roof. Owner Mike Flynn called to schedule the work and communicated with me regarding the progress and completion of the job. He was always professional, helpful and friendly with questions that arose. I highly recommend The Roofing Guys. My new roof looks great, the entire experience was professional and it was a pleasure to work with them.

Everything went very well - from the estimate to the install. They were very professional and not to salesy which was nice. We had 2 other estimates - they were a little higher then another estimate, but did match the competitors price and had a better availability for the install so we went with them. They came with a large crew and finished the roof in half a day and cleaned up everything nicely. The following day they came to do the gutters. It was an easy process and we would use them again. Mike called personally to check on everything after and answered any questions we had. Great guys!

The crew that did the work was very professional and did an excellent job. I was very impressed with the clean up. The foreman was very helpful. But, I was not very happy with the person who did the estimating. They gave me a price of $9700 then when the crew got her the foreman found that the estimator had made a big mistake. The estimator called to say he was sorry but they could not do the job for less then 11,500. We agreed on 11,000. I went ahead with the job because they had a 20 yr leak proof warranty and gave me another 3 ft of ice and rain shield. It also took several iterations of getting the contract right before it finally was. I held back final payment until it said what I wanted it to. If you get an estimate from them make sure the estimator isn't careless.

Mike and his crew are the best. There's a reason why so many individuals give this company an "A" rating. A competitor came by and tried to sway me away from The Roofing Guys; but I didn't listen and I'm so glad I didn't. The crew arrived at my house early on a Saturday morning and by late afternoon, I had a new roof on my new house. Mike told me that I couldn't wait until winter and he guided me all the way. I would highly recommend this company!!!!!!!

When we agreed to use the Roofing Guys for our new roof, gutters and down spouts they scheduled us rather quickly, about 45 days (not bad for their busy season). We were advised in advance of the process such as clearing the driveway for them for materials and a large truck the first day, how many days of work it would take, what time to expect them to be there and leave, and so on. They completed all of the work exactly as agreed upon. The whole crew was there each morning early and started in on work almost immediately. They worked for about two and a half days and were there both full days until almost 6 pm. Each day they cleaned up the yard and moved outdoor property away from and back to the house so it would not be damaged. The finish product looks great and they appear to have done a quality job as well. The roof work is guaranteed labor and materials against leaking for 10 years (you can get longer for additional cost, which we opted against). Cost in the end was exact to the initial estimate. Not a dollar more. Just FYI, our roof is an extremely steep pitch, which added to the cost as it is difficult to work on. Otherwise the cost may have been somewhat lower. Everyone we dealt with at the company through the process was great. They were respectful, professional and did the job they were hired to do. What more can you ask for?
