Description of Work: We had a very large home to move out of. They packed and move the whole home in 2 days as well as taking furniture to a storage. It was estimated to be a 3 day local moved and was completed in 2. The owner of the business was on site for the entire move. The workers were very professional. All in all we were very happy with the entire move.

They did use this moving company and were thoroughly pleased with their expertise. Description of Work: Palmisano moving moved me from Liverpool to Baldwinsville. |I called them and scheduled the move approx. 2 weeks in advance. Several days later I realized I had forgotten to tell them I wanted them to pack up all my belongings, also. When I called them to add on the packing I was told the usual procedure was to schedule 2 days for the pack up and move. The entire week had booked up and there was no way to add on another day to my move. I was very graciously told, no problem they would do it in one day, it would take a little longer,that's all. |The day of the move 4 men arrived and started right in packing and moving. |The were very professional. They never took a break. They even moved some large items that were not part of the move; but I needed moved to the first floor. Every thing went very smoothly. Moving in went without any snags.I can not say enough good things about this company and would recommend them to anyone without reservation. The cost was realistic considering all the extras I asked for.

Description of Work: The 4 men from Palmisano showed up right on time to move our belongings from our 1-bedroom home in Liverpool to our new house in Radisson. The movers were very professional, friendly, and courteous. They were a blur of activity from the time they arrived to the time they left - definitely not milking the clock. They didn't make a mark or scratch anywhere and made sure that they kept both houses clean during the move. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Description of Work: This was the best moving experience we've ever had and that's after many years of military moves. It was a totally smooth move and not stressful. Ralph and his company are the BEST. It was a pleasure working with people that are so genuine, friendly and experts at what they do. Highly recommend!

Description of Work: Good service. Packed everything for me (I was incapacitated at the time). However, when premises given final inspection by myself, several items found that were not packed and I needed to move them. Not a "big" deal, but missed nonetheless. I think that the movers were rather overwhelmed by the size of my move and not prepared for the time it took to do the job--but I think their intentions were good. Must admit frustration with contact person--she was gruff and sometimes too blunt (I hesitate to use the word rude). Perhaps a less abrupt telephone receptionist would help--just be prepared for her comportment when you call.

Description of Work: Ralph and 2 men did my local move of all of 2 blocks. I moved from a second floor apt and there was a lot of stuff in the attic, so the men worked hard. Also had some very heavy office furniture that had to be moved from second floor to second floor. Plus it was one of the coldest days of the year and there was sloppy snow everywhere.
