Founded in 1944, locally owned and operated. Full service Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning- Serving commercial businesses and residential properties in CNY. Potter-Perrone Heating and Plumbing is the only woman owned business in New York state that is 8A certified in heating and air conditioning with the federal government. Owner, Suzanna Konda-DeFuria, was the first woman to serve as President of the Syracuse Heating and Air Conditioning Contractors Association. Suzanne has proudly served as President for four years. Our company installs the BRYANT line of quality HVAC products and over the years has grown to become one of Bryant’s Premier Dealers. Services we offer include: -Heating Systems and Boilers -Radiant Heating -Dehumidification Systems -Ventilation and Duct Work -Air Conditioning -Maintenance Programs -Plumbing -Indoor Air Quality.
