Description of Work: Overhead Door of Syracuse was responsive to my request to come to our house and provide an estimate to replace our double garage door and opener. They provided a meeting time that was convenient to my schedule and they arrived exactly on time. The estimator was courteous and very professional. He provided a number of solutions and never tried to oversell me on any solution. He outlined the exact cost of the project and provided me a written quote. Upon acceptance, he followed up by phone to provide an installation date that fit our schedule. The installation went seamlessly and the installer cleaned up all the debris and removed the old door and opener. |We have used Overhead Door of Syracuse a number of times before for service on other garage doors and have always found them to be very professional and their charges to be fair. |

Description of Work: 2 garage doors installed. Went very well. One panel had a small dent in it but the installer had already taken a photo for proof and ordered a new panel before I had to say anything. It was installed 2 weeks later.

Description of Work: I thought I had damaged my power unit of my opener-I called for a quote and when the repair man reached my home, he called to make sure that he had the correct location because he found that it was not broken but just disconnected. So he lubricated the unit and made some safety adjustments since he was already there. He could have installed the new unit but realized that the old one was still working.
