Description of Work: Whole house install including 3 bedrooms with closets, long hallway that butted against 3 rooms with different flooring and a stairs. | |Installers were great and did a fantastic job especially wih wrapping the stairs and the transitions from room to room. Had the install complete in approx 3 hours from show up to departure and that included 3 different types of carpet. Prices were more than reasonable however we went with all remnants. The Sales woman Marianne Samora was fantastic and helped us pick pieces that would fit the different areas. Spent over an hour wih is picking things out

Description of Work: Everything went as planned. Great job, pleasant and respectful workers. Put in wall to wall in a bedroom and accommodated an unusual design adjustment for one end of the room. Lowe's and others wouldn't do it. No argument from Onondaga Flooring. Very nice to work with. Would definitely use again.

Description of Work: Onondago flooring installed both hardwood and carpet in a home we recently purchased. They were very accommodating to our moving schedule to get the floors done before the movers arrived. There was an issue with the finish on the hardwood floors (which the installers noticed on the first day of install), and the store manager immediately came to the house to check it out and worked with the supplier to get a different lot as soon as possible. I was extremely impressed with their responsiveness and professionalism!

Description of Work: Great service from beginning to end for the carpet installation. My sales professional was great from taking the measurements to working with me with a quote. The installers were absolute pros from beginning to end. No mess at the end or any sloppy work on the install. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing carpeting.

 + 0 moreIt went very well. The only glitch was that the original product I ordered ended up going on back order. The sales person suggested I come in and see if I could find anything else I liked, and she found several other products which were very close to what I had originally ordered. Her selections were excellent and I found another product not on back order, which I liked very much. Installation also went very smoothly. Entire job took about 1 1/2 days. They cleaned everything up before they left and other than a brand new beautiful floor there was no sign that anyone had been working in my house. A very satisfying experience from start to finish.
Description of Work: Replaced carpet in living room/dining room with pre-finished hardwood. Old carpet was removed and disposed of, additional screws were added to existing sub flooring to prevent squeaking. Quarter round molding was painted and installed.

 + 0 moreI spent around $390 on them. I liked their quality, their price, and their service. There was an issue and I had them correct it. They apologized and even helped me move some furniture, which was not part of the deal. They did additional work. The delivery was free, but I had to do it around their schedule. However, it was fine. They did a good job overall and I am very happy with my purchase. The remnants had raw edges and they bound the edges for me. It was very inexpensive to do that. They turned the scrap pieces of carpeting of the remnant into a runner and bound the edges of that as well. None of the remnants went to waste. I really felt good about it. I will use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Onandaga Flooring Inc., last month. They delivered carpet remnants that I purchased and took measurements for my future purchases.

 + -1 moreWe had shopped around at various stores; searching for good value- from start to finish the store manager was pleasant, knew his product, professional and friendly- he quoted us a reasonable price for very high quality carpet, and listened to what we said we needed- the installation went very smoothly, and we are very happy with the carpet and the entire experience

 + -1 moreThey were good on the estimate. They were professional. The only problem was that the carpet came with a manufactures flaw. They re ordered the carpet, when it came in they came out to my house pulled up the flawed carpet and replaced it with the ordered carpet at no charge to me. No hassle, No charge.
Description of Work: I had them install carpet in my den, and hard surface flooring in the kitchen, dinning room and two bath rooms.

 + -1 moreI had a exact date that I needed it done, it was set up and they called a few days before to confirm. They showed up on time. After the job, I had some questions that they would needed to come out and see. They made an appointment, were on time, answered my questions, and did some repairs that they thought would work out better.
Description of Work: Installed padding and carpet in living room, 2 sets of stairs, hallway, and removal of old flooring and carpet. Kitchen and bathroom duraceramic.
