Description of Work: The provider answered my phone call - but my little job was not big enough or important enough for him, and he made me feel terribly unimportant. I do understand that a one hour job may not be the big moneymaker etc..but a pro would have done this politely. Oh well. So, I have no idea if this is a good service provider, or not. I will not be calling them - big or little job, again.

Description of Work: You will get exceptional service if you contact J&J DeSantis Plumbing. I am new to the Syracuse area & contacted them for a shower issue. Rick arrived as promised and had all the neccessary parts to complete the job. He was knowledgable, polite, friendly & the service was great-job completed. I will definitely use J&J DeSantis Plumbing again.

Description of Work: I needed a rubber part for a toilet that I'd purchased at Home Depot ... Home Depot didn't carry it ... and Desantis did. They were nice to me even though I'd purchased my toilet elsewhere. They were helpful and they were thorough. Their knowledge and parts inventory far surpassed Home Depot/Lowes'.
