Rich was fantastic. I call their business on Thursday morning. He came to the house an hour later to give me an estimate. That afternoon the water heater was installed. Excellent. Rich and Mike were professional and worked quickly to do the work. George back in the office took the time to help me through a description and solution of the problem I was having. They are all very friendly and took the time to explain exactly what they needed to do and why. Great service. Best plumbers I have ever used.

They were extremely courteous and they showed me a couple of things. They were not pushy. They did a very good job and they were quick.

Install was excellent and products were great. They took care of everything, replaced the 30 year old toilets in our house. They did a quality job, no leaks, no problems and hauled away the olds ones. They know their business and we've had no issues. They were prompt and on time and we are pleased with the result.

The experience was top of the line for both the service and the product. The water heater was old. They know everything about what they have come to do. I would use this provider again in the future.

I called at the last minute when the delivery company wouldn't do the hoses because the valves were rusted. Jand J was here within 1/2 an hour!

Rich DeSantis arrived within 30 minutes of our call to him. Professional service company all the way! They are now our company's first choice for plumbing services.

Buying a new one would make more sense. I figured such and was just making sure.

Everything went well. They did a nice job and were very professional.

When I first called my hot water tank would not stay lit due to water in the basement from sump pump issue I fixed. Mike came over that day within 2 hours to help me. He was very good at assessing my situation and we agreed that my 16 year tank needed to go it was full of rust. Mike gave me the cost so I knew what I needed. Scheduled time for replacement and Mike and Rich showed up together ready and on time. I was so happy when they were done and knew I would be using them again. They even placed my tank on blocks like I asked and explained the new tank to me.

We have used them before and were always pleased with their work. The only complaint is that they seemed expensive. Maybe that is normal.

Mike arrived right on time. He's pleasant and professional and gets the job done correctly and promptly. I would definitely recommend his service. He correctly diagnosed the issue and replaced a rusted part, which he brought with him. He also provided me with quotes for some other projects to be completed at a later date.

Jim is very professional. He arrived on time, go to work right away, and finished all the work in a couple of hours. He showed me what he did and cleaned up when he was done.

They are a long time plumbing contractor. They have master plumbers who work for them. They respond very quickly. They are probably not the cheapest people in town but they are fair. They have done things for us for many years now.

No work was performed since they elected not to bid on a smaller job back when business was good..

They did a decent job, but I was a little disappointed that they charged me for the service call.

It was a very good experience. He showed up on time, took the time to explain my options, and was very professional. He had all the work done within 2 hours.

He was a very nice man, and gentleman. ..someone you would not mind have 'working in your home. He was punctual...neat in his appearance and workmanship. He cleaned up all the work area upon completion. Didn't talk much...just kept working...which I appreciate. He could work on his own. His cost was about average. I would call Mr DeSantis again for any plumbing repairs.

Rick called and asked me a few questions about the hot water tank. He then asked if he could arrive within a 1/2 hr. He was on time. He went right to the hot water tank and found my problem. It was very simple and he corrected it immediately. I then asked him about water pressure in the kitchen sink. He took the aerator off and found that it was restricted. Rick replaced it and the pressure was great. He was courteous and polite and knowledgeable. He saved me alot of money and I would recommend Jand J DeSantis to anyone. They are on my list of reliable businesses.

I was told they could not perform the task and to call someone else by that time it was too late.
