They went above and beyond. Not only did they thoroughly inspect both systems but they also gave a lot of suggestions to us as new home owners. We were having issues with our nursery getting too hot while our baby was sleeping. We had asked a different HVAC company for suggestions and they gave us a very expensive fix. However, Isaac's gave us a bunch of low cost options to try first before installing a new AC system for the room. The whole process with Isaac's from start to finish was very easy and well communicated. We are very pleased with Isaac's and will definitely be using them in the future for any HVAC needs.

They were average priced. When they were installing the system, they caused damage to my home. They went through a ceiling and caused a big hole in the ceiling. They were very good at repairing it. They had a professional restorer come right out and repair the ceiling so now you really can't tell. They did it right away and there was no waiting around.

Technician was knowledgeable and professional. He got the boiler to run again within a short time. He has to leave for a certain part but returned fairly quickly. I guess it is not feasible to have all spare parts on hand in the service vehicle?

Isaac technicians are great. They are generally there when they say they will be and will keep you informed if they are delayed. Isaac has very high quality standards - I always feel like they treat my home with the same care that I do. I would not have anyone else but Isaac work on my heating and air conditioning systems.

Our approach was to talk with several local air conditioning companies all having A ratings on Angie's List to evaluate our home and recommend the sizing and equipment recommendations along with a cost estimate to install central a/c. Once we started the evaluation process it became clear that some of the companies lacked the dependability, available staff, experience and professionalism to get the job done. So it became easy to select Isaac Heating and Air Condition company because they stood out from the rest in every selection category that was important to us. From the beginning to the end of the installation, which took 2 men 5 full days to complete, the people from Isaac demonstrated a high level of professional, competence and total attention to detail. We are totally satisfied with the complex installation job we contracted them to complete and would highly recommend them for any heating or air conditioning service or installation work.

Charge $200 for $40 part and over $200 in labor

Called for an estimate and someone came out within a week. Walked me through my options, and pros and cons of each. (We got three estimates from local companies and chose the middle one as the best combination of good equipment and price.) 9 days later the work was done. The installer was great. He worked two straights days and didn't leave until everything was cleaned up and functioning correctly.

The technician who came out for the quote was on time, friendly and professional. He answered all of my questions and provided me with a thorough quote and information regarding the system they were offering. However, Isaac's quote was the highest of three that I got ( the second quote was $1000 lower and the third $2000 less!). The brand Isaac was offering was of lower quality than my other quotes and the systems were of equal size and comparable efficiency

They were very efficient, found a few gas leaks I had in the pipe and recommended I replace that pipe. They temporarily repaired it for me. Very nice and very good at what they did.

I purchased a service plan from them a few months back. I called them approximately 6PM Sunday night within one hour the6 visited, diagnosed and fixed issue.

Issac heating was a pleasure to do business with throughout the entire process. I originally began my search to replace a 45 year old furnace last year. Many of the estimates I had tried to down sell me "builder grade" equipment, or brands with poor reviews, and one even told me I shouldn't get central air because it wouldn' t cool the upstairs to my satisfaction. Isaac listened to my concerns, explained the equipment options, and recommended changes to duct work to enable installation of a larger air conditioning unit to better cool the upstairs. They also were very knowledgable about grants and assistance programs to make installation of a better system more affordable than a lesser system. The installers were polite, professional and willing to answer all the questions I had. I have been very pleased with the new high efficiency Rheem furnace and central air system installed by Isaac and would highly recommend them.

We chose Isaac to install a new furnace and central air in our home because they were running a special. We didn't realize that meant we would get a substandard unit and have multiple problems every year. After our first year, they came to perform a routine check and discovered that it wasn't installed properly and had to make some changes. I should add that the technician who installed it had only been working for a few months prior to this. From that point on, we've had mutliple issues every single year. The heater will stop working in the winter, the AC in the summer. We've had to pay for several service calls and this past winter had to get a new motor in our furnace. It was only about 5 years old. Our previous unit never had all of these issues. Isaac recommended to run some efficiency tests and offered to do that, but we never heard back with the results. I have talked with receptionists and complained about the number of service calls we've had (about two per year since installed), and she has basically blamed it on us. I would never recommend or use them in the future.
