Excellent - very pleased with work done

Been hiring Isaac for the last several years for annual maintenance and service on our gas fireplace insert. We couldn't be more pleased with the Company and, most importantly, with Tyler, our technician. Tyler's the consummate professional: on time, experienced & knowledgeable and does his job thoroughly and quickly. This year, our insert needs its blower motor replaced and we're very relieved that we have Tyler to rely upon to do this big job. Front office customer service has also be excellent throughout the years. Very accommodating and they're always there to take calls. Highly recommend Isaac and if you want the best, ask for Tyler. Thank you!!

I had a gas leaked national grid said to call a repair service. I called on a Tuesday, said they’d come over on Wednesday to fix my valve. Came over charged me $192 and didn’t fix the valve. Then said they’d come over the next day and fix the valve. They didn’t come I called and they said the valve hasn’t arrived yet and no ones coming and could give me an estimate on when. I have been without gas for three days, No one called to cancel , and I got charged $192 for them to basically tell me what national grid told me. I would steer clear away from them.

Jon O. was our tech. He was so thorough, and very professional. This was his first time at our place, and I hope we get him again for next year's cleaning! He really knew what he was doing. (As a side note: we also had another tech come out today from another company for different kind of appliance. I mentioned that I was also waiting for the furnace people to come. He asked who we were getting. Isaac I said. They are really good he said. And he no reason to even care! Nice to hear Isaac is even well thought of by other professionals!)

Gary did our yearly check up. While in the basement he noticed an outside valve needed a new washer and fixed it!

John did a terrific job and was a very friendly guy. He knows his stuff and my furnace is working well.

Cody and Mike called before they arrived at the scheduled time, which I always appreciate. They were polite, friendly, and very helpful in answering all of our questions about our ductwork. They did a very thorough job, and I was pleased with the results. Although I had my ducts cleaned in 2011 by another company, it was Cody and Mike who discovered that only one of my returns was actually functional. The others had been improperly constructed and will need to be remediated. I am sufficiently impressed with the quality of service from Isaac Heating & AC that I will be hiring their company to perform this work, too. Their cost for duct cleaning was slightly higher than I paid before (even allowing for inflation), but I consider it money very well spent.

Sean W. from Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning was wonderful. He was on time, friendly, professional, and provided explanations that were helpful and easy to understand. I used to have my furnace cleaned and maintained by the company that installed it, but recent interactions led me to select another provider for this year's work. Sean W. spent a considerable amount of time checking over the furnace and encouraged my partner and I to watch, ask questions, etc. He is the fourth employee of Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning with whom I've worked this year, and I have been favorably impressed by all of them.

It went exceedingly well. Sean was extremely courteous and polite, and tremendously conscientious. He thoroughly explained for us what he did and how our furnace “performed” during his evaluation and testing process. Sean was highly meticulous, professional and congenial — a true credit to the ISAAC company name and reputation!

Shawn Poole, the Isaac technician, carefully reviewed the furnace and humidifier schematic and found previous technician did not install a critical jumper cable in the furnace. Shawn installed the cable and the humidifier began working instantly.

They were personable. They seemed to do a thorough job. They were easy to work with. They left me feeling good and like it was money well spent. The price was fair, for what we got. I sincerely hope the quality is an A. I haven't given it the full test yet, but I have no reason to expect trouble.

Very impressed with Sean's knowledge and his work ethic. Really worked very diligently cleaning the furnaces and completing other functions.

Everything went well. I don't remember the exact cost, but I think it was fair. I have no doubt the service was through, and probably helped us avoid future problems.

Job took a few hours, and I think it was money well spent.
