Great communication for setting up a good time to have the work performed. Did an initial walk through and identified the items needed. Smooth transaction all around.

The best thing my husband and I could have done in regard to Angie's List, was to purchase the deal offered by Diane and Magic. In a two-hour time frame, the husband and wife team worked to perform everything we had our sights on completing with them. They were punctual, worked together as a team and looked for our feedback before completing a task. They are very efficient at any project you give them and they only want you as the customer to be completely satisfied. They offered many suggestions that we may not have even gave a thought to while performing there work for us. His and Her Fix-it are the ultimate professionals who care more about how they can help you and teach you then the money they might make from their clientele. They actually have integrity and pride themselves on how they can help you keep your house well-maintained at a cost that can be worked with. They have us as forever clients and we trust and look forward to the next few projects that they will be performing for us. My husband and I feel that we have found "gold". They are lovely, genuine, and caring individuals whom I will enjoy having a long-time relationship with to keep our home in top-notch condition. There advice and concern for the home-owner is exemplary! We love you Diane and Magic!! Thank you for all you do to teach and help home-owners be more self-sufficient.

.Magic and Diane were excellent! The work was done efficiently and they took extra time to make sure items met their standards. They explained what was going to be done offered their advice when there were questions. It feels great to have these items completed. I would definitely use them again!

he and his wife work together and so far everything is going so well. we are so pleased my daughter put me on Angie's List. I had never used it before but you bet I will keeping looking. By the way they seem very reasonible and I would be happy to pass along the name of His and Hers Fix and also promote Angie's List. Update 12/11- I was having a little problem with the kitchen floor he was working on. The spacing in the floor was showing. I thought there was a warranty but he had to come back out and charge me for the work again because there was problem. I was a little upset they didn't have a warranty but he did good work.

They suggested flooring materials appropriate for our purposes and did a great job matching color and design to other wood flooring in the home. Previous to the installation, they provided pictures of a recent flooring installation they did to give us a better idea of the expected results. They were very proactive in making sure that the tenant was comfortable with the choice of installation day. They made sure to get the materials on-site well before the installation day for acclimation purposes. The actual installation was accomplished in one day, but they followed up to ensure the work was done correctly. As I am an out-of-town owner, it was beneficial to me to receive Before and After pictures, as well as pictures during the project. They also kept their eyes out for other problems in the home and I received several pictures illustrating issues that I was not aware of previously. I did get a chance to visit and see the resulting floor myself a bit later, and they were willing to come back on-site and answer questions. All-in-all, they are a very cost conscious, considerate, and well-motivated team. I would use them on future projects.

The provider was very detailed and very thorough. The work was done very efficiently and punctually. The invoices were thorough and professional. I highly recommend Magic and Diane.

The had a reasonable introductory process, to make sure we were not crazy or fly-by-night. They were quick to the location, quick to respond with solutions and work quotes, and already acquiring necessary supplies by the time we finished our discussions. We look forward to arranging other fix-it-up tasks for them to accomplish.

I wanted this done by the Christmas holidays. Magic was very prompt with following through with the job. The old toilet flange was pretty damaged. It was also farther away from the wall, because of the footprint of older toilets. Magic suggested getting an offset flange, to move the toilet closer to the wall. The offset flange only moved the toilet 1.75" but that makes an incredible difference in a tiny lavatory where the door would hit your feet if they weren't in the right places. It even makes the lavatory seem a little larger. So I'm thrilled that he was able to install the only offset flange I could get at Home Depot. Somehow, he made it all work perfectly. The vinyl plank flooring looks beautiful. I'm very pleased with the style that I chose. Magic did a great job installing it and accomplished it very quickly. Unfortunately, the toilet reinstallation was much more involved than expected. Magic had to leave before finishing, but came back after dinner and completed the job. Everything works and looks great!

This was a huge project for only 2 people. The project grew as the basement was being gutted. It ultimately made sense to get rid of all the old paneling and any rotten wood and do a complete makeover with updated electrical and proper insulation. Had I known ahead of time that it was going to be such an extensive makeover, I might have contracted with someone with a larger crew, to get the project done quicker. The longer a project takes, the more overwhelming it seems. But Magic worked very hard and diligently to get the work finished and it really looks great! Magic is honest and reliable with reasonable prices and cost effective solutions. This is an old house that still needs more work. I will be calling Magic again in the future, as my budget allows.
