They were nice, but the husband was telling me that I was being too picky wanting things fixed (that a relative who did the work, did not do or do right). If he would have said it once or twice ok, but if i'm willing to pay for something to be done, I want it done right. I asked for a quote on kitchen remodel and they never got back to me. I wouldn't hire him if you want things fixed up.

Services were scheduled and completed quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!

Diane and Magic were wonderful to work with. They laid out the entire project, showed us a time frame and accomplished all tasks before deadlines far exceed our exceptions. They are both excellent workers and will help you plan for one project or, as in our case, prepare an entire home for an immaculate display. I highly recommend them for any future work with you, your family and friends!

Diane got right back to me to discuss a few projects that I had. She was very responsive and they were there when they said they would be. Finished the work quickly and efficiently. I have several more projects that I'll be working with Diane and Magic on.

Not thrilled with services. Both individuals were very friendly which made it more difficult to try to get things done right. Always felt like it was a 'do it the cheapest & quickest way possible.' Didn't balance ceiling fans; Cobb job replacing heat grate. Wanted to do only 1 coat of paint instead of 2. Never knew if they were being honest about the work being done or making up "alternative facts."

Arrived promptly, completed work accurately, left areas clean. Will use them again.

Punctual, friendly, gave lots of advice about my old house. May use again for other projects. I thought the price for each blind of $25.00 each was a little high, only took 15 minutes once they figured out how to put them up. But I didn't negotiate....

I was very happy with their service. They came over right away, on a Friday afternoon, and replaced a door for me. The price was reasonable.

I hired these two to finish a ceramic tile floor for me. At first they were fine, then they apparently got tired of the job. The last time they were here, they put adhesive down and immediately grouted the tile. Of course, it fell apart. They asked for payment for services, and I only had one check left. I asked how much it would be to finish the rest of the job, and paid them for previous work and future work. Bad idea. They refused to come back to finish the job unless I'd commit to having them do other work. Very dishonest people, and Magic has a terrible temper. Don't hire them.

They took a long time to respond back to me once I called. Then when they called she ask a few questions and said she'll get back to me. Area days later she texted me a plumber phone number for me to call because they were going to be busy with another job... I just think they didn't want to do it........ would never work with them again...

Majic and Diane did a great job and were very personable, they were responsive and completed the work within a few days of my initial call. I am a new homeowner and don't know much about home repairs so they took the time to explain what they were doing and why. I would definitely recommend them to someone looking for a handyman/woman service and I plan on using them again in the future.

When I called on Wednesday there was no answer. Left message. A few minutes later got a call from a woman wanting to know if I called her phone. After I figured out who the lady was I told her my needs. She promised a call back after talking to her partner. Got call today. She wants $45.00 to come see if the can do the job. If I choose not to use them the money is NOT REFUNDABLE.

They came on time and had my job done within the time they promised- even with a few unanticipated snags along the way. I will definitely be using them again!

We had a leaking drain that we contacted His & Hers Fix-Its to repair. They diagnosed that we had a "slipped pipe" and they said then put in a sealant to solve that problem. They advised us to not use that particular shower for 2 days, which we complied. After 2 days, the ceiling looked to be even worse than before. I contacted them about the problem and they asked to send pictures. They came back out to check the ceiling and they claimed it was dry & that we could continue using the shower. They were completely wrong about that. And all the while when this was occurring, the wife was always coming along during the service calls and the husband would constantly trying to suggest more work around my house. They made me very uncomfortable by going through my home and "suggesting" different projects, all while they were still incorrectly solving the existing problem. A

His & Hers were very punctual, represented a much needed handyman/woman sort of service that we sometimes need. Motivated to do thorough and budget conscious work. Instead of just replacing the fan, they discovered that it was just the fan part that was defective - the motor was fine. This was accomplished in a very timely manner and solved the problem much to our satisfaction.

He gave me flac about 2 of them, one he wouldn't put up, said it was warped?? and said one very heavy picture only needed one molly. After I told him it needed 2. They didn't have all the hangers that they needed and used some of mine. I only had them because I saved some from my other apartment. They said they would be back around the 1st of April and it would be another $2-300 for the rest of them. They were nice people, not very professional. Jackie Soliongco

Didn't go well at all, however they reimbursed us the full amount of our payment.

They came out and gave me an estimate. They installed a cheap blue hose. All of my water lines are copper and they had not told me that they weren't using copper until they had arrived. I wanted all of the piping to be the same.

Excellent response to what we asked for and found other little things that needed fixing. Not afraid of the little stuff and focused on quality while remaining inexpensive. Would recommend again and anticipate seeing the team quite often at my house!

They were very dependable and eager to please. Very friendly, punctual and trustworthy. They wanted to make sure the popcorn ceiling came out right so they actually did it about three times with different materials. He also tried it out on the ceiling in the garage as to not mess up the living room ceiling. They also did some drywall, insulation replacement and painting in the upstairs. It looks pretty good. They were very helpful and had plenty of suggestions. They were very neat and clean. They also took my old screens (which are an odd size) to have them replaced for me. They had a roofer come out to reseal around my skylights to make sure that it was taken care of properly. Their rates were very reasonable. We're actually going to have them come out and do two other projects for us as well. I will definitely use them again.
