Description of Work: Our house cleaning pro was Mary she was wonderful. I am set up for reoccurring cleaning s but my parents want the same person Mary to come back. The app is not user friendly and I am not able to get Mary back per the app. I have tried to go to Mary’s calendar and each time I get an error that there is high traffic try again in a few days. Not happy with the app at all

Carol arrived early, was pleasant and professional and set about working through the house. When it became obvious that she could not complete the whole house in the time provided, she worked with me to satisfy my needs and stayed long enough to seem them done although it was slightly over the time she was obligated to use in cleaning. A successful meeting.

Really disappointed. The person walks in with a broom and no supplies for cleaning shower, toilets or floor. Did not have a vacuum cleaner either. Seemed as if this person has never done this kind of job before.
