Handy House Cleaning

The 2 go's were polite and worked quickly. They didn't follow my directions very well - don't move things on the kitchen counters to anyplacev else unless you show me, because I have disabilities and I don't want to have to hunt for those things. Took me 2 weeks to find my Braun blender for example.

She was great I just need to only do it as needed not on a schedule as you have it. I would like to schedule as I need someone.

William B showed up early with no vacuum and no mop or bucket. He was booked for 4.5 hours and was there just over 2 didn't wipe down the top of the stove and didn't clean the oven. He used my vacuum and there was many areas that he missed (one of my granddaughters shirt was on the floor on the far side of the sofa) he didn't mop any floors including the bathrooms. The one shower stall he said he didn't have the right cleaning product to do a better job. I contacted Handy and after multiple emails I have a credit of $69.12 on my account. Today I tried to rebook and I was told unless I had a coupon code for the credit I couldn't use use it! At this point I asked for customer service and he gave me Angie's List # where I got no help whatsoever then I remembered your email to rate the service I received so I am hoping to hear from someone at Angie's List. Thank you

Nice lady's and they did a very good job.

They emailed me the day of service to cancel. Reschuled for a day I was not available. Had a terrible time trying to contact them. Will never use them again and hope others are duly warned.

Horribly. The pro didn't show up or call for the first scheduled cleaning. Handy doesn't have a customer service phone number so you have to email if you have a problem. Handy sent a text cancelling the second and third scheduled cleanings an hour before the scheduled times. Then Handy charged me and I had to email to get the charge reversed for I never had their service show up. Very unhappy with this experience!

Well! Amber comes every other week and does a great job.

I came home to a sparkling clean, fresh smelling home! Felicia kept me updated on her progress via the Handy app during the entire 6 hours!

Cleaning Was fine while I was in the home to supervise, once I had to step out, with just the second bathroom left, Kaila O, decided to just make a decoration of the toilet paper and completely not touch this bathroom. Once I emailed her to ask what happened, she blocked me. Not Happy with the service because of the dishonesty mostly, could of been handled better I believe

Attila Szuch was on time. He understood what we wanted. He had everything necessary to do the job. It went flawlessly! We would hire him again.

James did a great job in cleaning my home. Although he was late in getting there he communicated regarding the delay and once he arrived he was diligent in completing and doing a thorough cleaning.

He left in the middle of the service. ☹️

The visit went VERY WELL!! Christopher was professional, friendly, and helpful. He offered suggestions and also pointed out an issue with one of the rods. The mirror looks beautiful also! Christopher does excellent work!!

Very well. There were some technical problems the way the electronics in the house were routed. Jusin went to 4 different hardware outlets to find a ceiling mount that would work. All is mounted correctly. securely and safely. I hired him to come back this week and repair the ceiling drywall and repaint the kitchen/bkfast nook ceiling. Very professional

Anthony did an amazing job with everything. My windows was sparkling once Anthony finish with them.

Lavon did an excellent job cleaning my home. She is dedicated to the details, and I would love to have her here again. She also focused on the areas I told her were my priority, and they look amazing!

Sarah did a good job cleaning the rooms I showed her. She did most of my laundry (4 bags out of 5 bags) I would hire her again.
