+ -1 moreVery professional. On time and vacuums all carpets before cleaning although I had just vacuumed them. Takes care of all areas especially ones where traffic is heaviest. I had recommended him to a friend and she said he did a wonderful job. She had had two dogs living in this carpeted area for over a year and you would never know. Give them a call. You will not be sorry.
Description of Work: Cleaned all my carpets. Main floor has carpeted living and dining rooms and second floor has thirteen steps in stairway plus front room, hallway and two bedrooms.

+ -1 moreThey couldn't have made it easier. I called for service,got an estimate and scheduled the appointment. The worker was a little behind schedule, but called to tell me.He was about 15 minutes later than scheduled. He did a great job,was very pleasant & professional. The carpet looks awesome!

+ -1 moreRob was prompt and curteous. He worked alone and efficiently cleaned and raked all the carpet and completed the job in a little over an hour. Their business card states that the carpets will be dry in an hour or two but that was not the case. It may have been that the heat was not on in the the house but I did not but items back on the carpet until the next day. I was very satisfied with the job.
Description of Work: Cleaned all wall-to-wall carpeting in my home. This included an L shaped living room-dining room, twelve stairs, two bedrooms, hallway and a front room upstairs.

I telephoned Steve and gave him a detailed description of the type of carpeting, the type of stains/dirt, and my concerns that the process not be "toxic" to my family. Over the phone he gave me an estimate of $150 and told me it probably would be + or - $10. (He did later charge me exactly $ 150.). He arrived only 15-20 minutes late (not an issue) and got to work immediately. He knows what he's doing and did a wonderful job. My carpet looks totally refreshed. Steve is a pro and a gentleman. I would have him return next year for a repeat performance.
