The work was done smoothly and quickly. The workers were on-time, conscientious, and fast. It has not leaked since. The concrete is thinner than I would like, but most of it was strong enough to re-install carpet tack strips without breaking. In one spot it was too thin, and it would not support a tack strip. There was a good deal of dust. I wish I had done more to seal off the basement and cover furniture prior to the work. We left some furniture uncovered in other rooms of the basement, and we did not install a plastic wall between the basement and the rest of the house. If I had covered all the furniture with plastic, and put up a zip wall at the basement door it would have been easier to clean up.

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY!! On one of the walls we had wood shelves attached to the wall. They had to remove the shelves in order to do the work. When they put the shelves back together there were a few pieces of wood they had left over. They didn't put them back together the same as they had been. The shelves were no longer sturdy. Perhaps they should have jotted down a little note as to how they were assembled. I called them and they came and redid the shelves. I was very surprised that people had rated this company an A.

Installers were very professional and worked quickly. They were much cheaper than their competitors. Ron is quick to respond to questions and concerns.

The owner came over, he was a sales man and the workers were very professional. They did a nice job. The owner came over and explained what they were doing in detail. I guess that was my main like.

Removed water damaged shelving, dug hole and trenches, installed collection tub and pump. Repaired all masonry surfaces and drainage system. Cleaned up area and removed all waste materials. Crew was very polite and kept us informed as work was performed. Super Job!

They were right on time for the initial assessment and the day of the work. They did exactly what was discussed, and were very professional. I think they left the space cleaner than it was when they arrived. 5 days later it rained, and the basement promptly flooded again. I called, and Ron came out twice that day to look at it. He called to schedule additional work, and they came back and took care of it. So far so good, and I'm optimistic that it's all set. They were great.

The workers were prompt, courteous, efficient and professional. Four workers had the entire job done within three hours. The mess was kept to a minimal (always difficult when jack hammering) they did lay cloths down on the areas they had to travel. The floor was smoothly recemented and blended in with the existing floor. They had me inspect the work before they left, discussed the warranty with me and made sure they had picked up their mess before they left.

Doing one side did not stop the water flow sufficiently, especially because I have a custom designed & built recording studio business in my basement since 1996. Subsequently, I asked them to do two additional walls but the problem was still not resolved. Finally, at their suggestion, and with the promise I would never have any water in the basement if they completed the last wall, I had that one done too. By done, I mean them digging what's known as a "French Ditch" a few inches from the wall, digging down a few inches and connecting the drainage to a sump pump to take out excess water. After several years, many small floods in the middle of the basement and numerous attempts to get them to try and repair it, an Angie's list rep suggested they could try to work out an accommodation. Finally they came and made two fairly extensive repairs involving additional dean lines but it did not work. I asked for and received a small portion of my money back in lieu of their "lifetime guarantee" of no water in my basement.

Completed all the work on time and within a day, and a few days later came back immediately when I called about a small leak in the drainage pipe. They were as neat as can be expected with such an invasive job. Happy with the work and the basement has been dry ever since the install.

Although we did not use them, their presentation, professionalism and willingness to go that extra mile were impressive. They were on time for our appointment as well. However, we needed more from them than we could afford. Maybe we will have the privilege of working with them in the future.

Since the drainage system was installed I noticed that my house smells much better and mold and mildew is gone in the basement. THANK YOU RON FOR GIVING ME MY BASEMENT BACK. I highly recommend B-Sure Systems to everyone and the price was very affordable.

They arrived on time, worked hard and completed the job in the time they said they would.

Ron came to my house on time and very professional appearance. We went to the basement and after looking at it and a few questions he said there was nothing for me to do - that there was no sense in spending money if I didn't have to.How rare to find an honest contractor! If I ever do need basement waterproofing - Ron will be the one I call.

Could't have asked for anything more...They were prompt and Professional from the very first phone call to actually completing the installation!

Ron (original owner, handed down to son) came and gave estimate. He was punctual, friendly and down to earth. He gave me estimate of $1800. Called me a few days later with an offer to knock off $100 if I had them do the job 2 days later. The guys came basically on time, and worked efficiently. They cleaned up after themselves well. The wall certainly looks better!- hopefully it will stand the test of time.

They cleaned and laid down tarps. They were in and out in three and a half hours. We had expired coupons in which they honored and sent a check back the next day because they hadn't been able to do the work for us when the coupons were active.
