We had a water issues in our basement for many years so I called several places to get a quote for the repair. Ron came and explained me clearly what's the issue was and offered much reasonable price for the repair than any other places. The day for the repair went smoothly. All the workers were professional and got their job done. This was done 2 years ago and I haven't see any water issues ever since. Ron is knowledgeable and easy to talk to, I would highly recommend this company to fix your water issues in a basement!

Very well. It started with the estimate visit by Ron. Unlike other contractors, he showed me just the necessary amount of work. For example, others told me my lally columns would need to be replaced and he showed me that the rust was superficial. That saved me hundreds of dollars. When they got there on time, the crew was obviously experienced and worked well with me and with each other. They worked efficiently, were very nice and cleaned up after themselves - inside and outside. They did little extras for me such as prying up a specialty floor tile to preserve it and fill in a channel which had been cut into the basement floor previously. I felt no hesitation to ask questions, which is kind of rare in work crews. They said the job would take 2 days and it took about 1.5 days. Another extra was I needed 2 new basement windows. 3 had been replaced previously and Ron took the time to order identical windows so all 5 windows would match. That was nice. All this for a reasonable price. I highly recommend B-Sure!

B-Sure inspected and said the foundation is solid and is not moving anywhere. It is just the outer layer that needs to be redone.

It went better than I could have hoped for! My house is 99 yrs. old and had the original foundation which was crumbling badly. I also needed to have a sump pump installed as there never was one. I was told at the initial meeting that it was probably going to be a 2 day job, everything was done, and done well in 1 day! Ron, Marie, Tony and the rest of the team from B-Sure were prompt and professional from the initial meeting to assess what was needed to the finish product. They were friendly and willing to answer any questions that I had. I would hire them again in a second!

Ron's employee's are very knowledgeable, polite, and friendly, as is the owner Ron. They found the problem immediately. They fixed all leaks, drainage issues, and replaced the sum-pump. They cleaned everything up and would not have known they were here. I highly recommend this company to anyone with basement leaks. He is a local business owner, which is better than a corporate company.

B-Sure Systems installed a sump pump and a French drain in part of my basement in July of 2018 . The install went great, the crew was knowledgeable and the clean up was thorough. Soon after, my area experienced heavy rains and the system worked great and continues to do so. Maria, who I assume is the office manager, responded to all of my emailed questions almost immediately and kept me informed on everything. It was a pleasure to do business with them!

The B Sure team did a great job on my basement and dried it right up. I was happy with everything they did and their friendly attitude. I don’t normally write reviews, but I was impressed with the level of service that I reviewed for the money. Be careful as some companies out there are not even local; they hire temps that will be in your house! I found out that B Sure is an honest local, family-run business, with real employees (not temps). A+

Estimate visit resulted in the required type of repair being something this company does not do. However, the repair was explained to us and it is something we can do ourselves. This after several other estimates ranged in types of solutions and prices from $1500 to $6000. The do it ourselves method will be less than $300. I appreciate honesty in a provider. Also their prompt response for estimate and showing up on schedule. Will hire for sure if we ever need the type of work that B-Sure Systems does.

I recently moved into a house that was in need of basement waterproofing. A portion of the basement would flood after heavy rains and there was water weeping in the corners. Before I did anything major to the basement, I had a brand new sump pump and water driven backup pump installed as a precaution. I’ll get back to this point later…. After getting several estimates that were all over the place in price, I decided to go with an interior drain system from B-Sure. The owner, Ron, seemed like a nice enough guy and the company had stellar reviews on most sites. The 2 day job went smoothly. The crew was on time and kept things as clean as they could, which is tough when you have to jackhammer the entire perimeter of the basement. Everything looked like it was done professionally and I felt good about the job they did. Then about a couple days after the install, I noticed the water supply line to my brand new backup sump pump was in the off position. I thought it was strange because in order for the pump to work, it needs an active water line. So I turned on the valve and water sprayed all over the place at the inlet on the pump. The people at B-Sure BROKE MY BACKUP SUMP PUMP and just set it back in the pit hoping I wouldn’t notice it. Keep in mind, I live in a very wet area and my sump pump is running constantly. If my main pump had failed or if I lost power, my basement would have been destroyed in a matter of hours. I called B-Sure and talked with Ron. He said he talked to his foreman and they had trouble getting it back together and that “sump pumps aren’t really our specialty.” They knew exactly what I was talking about, it was like they were just hoping they wouldn’t get caught. They never apologized, but instead told me to have a professional come look at it. Because why would a basement waterproofing company know anything about sump pumps right? So I had to have another company come out to fix it. They determined that the damage to the pump was not repairable the whole unit would have to be replaced. The folks at B-Sure did reimburse me for the pump so….thanks? Not really? Look, I understand stuff happens on a job site. Things get broken, accidents happen, we’re all human. But man…if they had just come forward and admitted that they had broken the pump, I might have been a little peeved but would have appreciated the honesty….Instead, they decided to be the scumbags that they truly are. They broke that pump, set it back in the pit like freaking ornament, and put my entire basement at risk of a major catastrophe. Since this company is so obviously lacking in integrity, I’m skeptical about the entire project. What other corners did they cut? I guess only time will tell. If you decide to go with these guys, pay attention to the details. They will try to screw you if they can. If this is the best that Syracuse has to offer, just let your basement flood and stock it with trout.

It was unbelievable how neat and professional the area looked after they tore up the concrete, laid their drainage and installed a sump pump. Ron knows I need to go through a winter/spring to be sure the problem has been solved so I can redo the basement but I've been assured that they will be available and only a phone call away. I requested their business card and I would highly recommend them to do the job.

Wonderful! Less than 3 days. Did amazing job on time above and beyond expectations. Was able to sell house in a week. The owner was alwas accessible and patience with my OCD. Yes expensive, but outcome proved to be worth it. Thank you for everything.

We have a very old basement with many problems, and they had to come back several times.

They painted the walls with a substance to seal it and beforehand patched up any small holes that were found on the wall. The 4 crew members (Dennis the crew chief, Devin, Tony and Fred) were professional in each's duties and Dennis explained in layman's terms what he and they were doing during the course of the 3 days it took them to complete the job. They cleaned up afterward. They also put on the wall E Z Breathe mechanism which dealt with moisture and impure air. The basement now has no moldy odor and the air is fresh instead of stultifying. The entire crew was excellent. Neat and hardworking. Everything went smoothly, and all details were explained. The job was done on the timeframe promised. They were meticulous with the cleanup. This was a professional job and the employees were very courteous. This is a messy job and you would never believe how fantastic it looked when it was finished. The warranty was explained in detail. They gave me references in my area that I did verify and everyone was very pleased with the work and now so am I.

It went great. The three member staff arrived on time, put down canvas tarp to protect steps and walk way. The went right to work, were friendly and answered questions with no sign of annoyance. I think the whole job took only 2 hours and the price was much lower than I anticipated. I wish we'd done it years ago.

Ron came out on time and explained the best option to take care of my water problem. We scheduled the appointment and it went off perfectly. The staff was courteous and fast. They explained the process and went into detail about all the steps, and when they were done they cleaned up the work area. Very professional company.
