Handy Frank's Home Improvements

Earlier this summer Frank and his team completed the remodel of my bathroom. Not only was his team very professional, they arrived on time and completed the project under Frank original time estimate. I would highly recommend Frank and his team. Great Job!

Frank & his team completely reconstructed our master bedroom & bath - gutting the bath, knocking down & building new walls, installing all of the above, & a lot of it, plus a custom walk-in-closet, 4 new windows, a sauna, removed 1 window & replaced the outside siding where it had been. His crew was excellent, polite in the extreme, neat, & very friendly - they were fun to work with. They also more than put up with our two dogs, 1 a rambunctious Boxer puppy. They were good natured about the minor changes I requested & did them without any extra charge. Frank, a very nice & funny man (our senses of humor really clicked & we had a lot of laughs), also provided many useful & creative alternatives to some of my plans & tried to save us money wherever possible. He ALWAYS returned our calls promptly. He even returned a few times AFTER we paid him to touch up a few details that I was picky about. Not only would we most definitely recommend and use him again for all kinds of work, my husband already had him do work at his new place of business, which he was very happy with. We LOVE our new bedroom and bathroom and miss having Frank over nearly everyday to laugh with us.

My 2 bathrooms were outdated and was shopping around to find a local handyman that can do the job. I already had 2 outraged estimates and I had little or no hope to get something affordable. I joined HomeAdvisor and couple of contractors grabbed my attention-especially FrankHandy contract. Frank, the owner of FrankHandy contact, visited my home and instantly felt comfortable with his price for both my bathrooms. So far we finished one and it came out Amazing. Work was done when promised . Frank has several people working for him . He has a plumber as well as a tile guy . They were all very professional . I was inpressed with the quality of the work and I would recommend him to others

Frank & his crew worked on renovating my kitchen. Demo was all done neatly in one day. Walls,electrical & light fixture,appliances & new cabinets were placed surprisingly in days. My kitchen looks fabulous thanks to the crew. I highly recommend Frank'H I to family & friends. I am so very satisfied with the services provided in my kitchen renovation. Contractor solved difficult problems wIth leveling of bathtub and repairing badly damaged floor. He is experienced in all aspects of bathroom renovation (eg. rough carpentry, tiling, installation of fixtures, painting, etc.). He was also most helpful in selection of fixtures and their pick-up and delivery to home . We were very satisfied with the overall job

Frank did an amazing job on our extensive home renovation. We completely gutted a kitchen and a bathroom, moved a wall, put in recessed lighting, redid the floors and painted the walls. Throughout all of it, Frank showed an incredible commitment to ensuring our happiness with his work. And happy we are! With Frank and his team, the entire renovation process was enjoyable and easy. We love our newly improved house and look forward to working with Frank in the future!

Franks and his crew did a great job painting my condo. They were able to repair my settling cracks in my walls ( you can't tell where they were) and paint my bedroom, living room, dinning room, kitchen and ceilings in one day. I am very happy with the results and will hire him again.

This was a complete kitchen installation project for a second kitchen in my house. The work was done perfectly, quickly and neatly. Frank was very pleasant to work with and I highly recommend him.

Frank was one of 3 contractors contacted. he seemed knowledgable, and experienced, and his price was considerably less than the other 2.. we took the shot and contracted him for the job, and we are very pleased that we did. ( it was a big job)..he did what he said he would do. was timely,, completed the job when he said he would , and we're very happy with his work.. what really endeared him to us, was his helpful attitude. he came at 8:30 the morning after he finished the job, when we called him to make a minor adjustment. . how good is that?
