I hired Frank and his wonderful team to remodel two of our bathrooms - master and guest. After an initial phone conversation, Frank stopped by to look at the job the same or the next day (I did not have to wait at all) and I knew right away that my search for the right contractor was over. We went over the job and Frank did ask lots of questions and to my surprise he did give me an estimate the same day and even bigger surprise, the price had not changed during the job or when the job was done and believe me we did change the project scope while the work was in progress (some design ideas). About his crew - wonderful, hardworking guys, very professional, easy to talk to, will explain why the things are done the way they are done. At the end both bathrooms look spectacular - both design and workmanship wise. I would recommend Frank and his crew in a heartbeat and actually I am planning to hire them again to do additional projects at my place.

Frank and his crew came and replaced a kitchen fan, closed the wall both inside and outside, tiled the area flawlessly and neatly. He also came one night when we had an electrical wire hanging from a light fixture and eased our minds by fixing this. We couldn't be happier with Frank and his team. Frank is a professional as well as a really nice person to work with.

The original consultation was timely and thorough. Frank answered all my questions. The best part was his team. They are professional and polite. They cleaned up after themselves each day and showed great patience every time my pups barked at them. Our bathroom is showplace now. I will use Frank for all my remodeling needs.

I hired Frank's Home Improvement after one meeting with Frank. I couldn't beleive that workman like this still exist. Frank is friendly, and helpful. At the last minute of the negotiations I asked for recessed lighting in my livining room and kitchen. I have popcorn ceilings and he was very reluctant, but his workers are the best. There wasn't a mess to be found anywhere. Everyone who works for Frank was so pleasant. His work was worth the wait. You won't go wrong!

I hired Frank and his team to completely flip my one-bedroom condo. I waited three months for Frank and his team to start my renovations and it was totally worth it! I purchased a condo stuck in the 70â s, parquet floors, blue tiled bathroom and carpet everywhere. I received several quotes from local contractors but decided to go with Frank because he was the only one who understood what I was looking to do and offered a fair price. He didnâ t try to talk me into additional work and understood and respected my budget. He set me up with great vendors for cabinets, granite and tile and he even met me at Home Depot to point out recommendations for flooring, faucets, shower accessories, etc. Frank was constantly checking in with me to ensure I was happy with the progress along the way. He has a small efficient crew which I liked because there werenâ t different people cycling in and out. Would definitely recommend Frank and his team for your next remodeling project!

Frank s service and quality of work exceeded my expectations. He gave me an estimate and the final bill was exactly what he said. He did not tack on charges for little add ons like I have heard that many contractors do. Frank and his employees were pleasant and went out of their way to leave the area being worked on clean when they left. He began the project on the day he said and completed the work in a timely manner. He was helpful in helping me choose materials. I couldn t be more pleased with the quality of his work down to the smallest details. My only regret is that I don t have another bathroom to remodel.

Hired this contractor 6 months prior to a bathroom renovation project and 2 WEEKS BEFORE the project, contractor told me that he could not do project! Stated he had some personal issues and I did feel bad. But then the contractor never offered to help me get someone else. Was extremely disappointed and feel he was very disingenuous! WOULD NOT HIRE! I would not recommend him because he is not reliable.

We were waiting 3 months for Frank's Home Improvements to renovate 2 bathrooms and it worth it. We are so pleased with the result. Our 2 bathrooms became from old and ugly to new and so beautiful. The communication was so easy and pleasurable through all the process from choosing a bathtub, showers, toilets, etc. to installation. When we figured out that a shower plastic round base arrived damaged, Frank and his team made it from the tile. It turned out much better than was anticipated. We are happy with our bathrooms and highly recommend Frank's Home Improvements.
