Description of Work: John placed the bait in areas of common or suspected activity. John was informative as to how the schedule is done to keep rodents away or dead. He was patient in answering my questions. He's only one person and arrived a little late. Now that I'm unemployed (no fault of yours, smile) the initial payment is a pocket full but thereafter is manageable.

Description of Work: They did a full house examination and then determined how many bait traps we needed and how to make sure the mouse population was knocked out and then kept totally under control. Monthly visits and checking of systems will be conducted. The cost really varies according to how large your house is and what rodents, insects etc. are being tended to and how much is needed to get rid of them. This also included my studio/small barn and all attic spaces.

Description of Work: I called them with a specific ant problem, and they came out in July and did an inside and outside treatment. They returned today and did a specific application for follow-up. Crew is very professional! One negative: the office says they'll call about 1/2 hour before they show, but this hasn't happened (they just show up!... but arrival is when the office said it would be.)

Description of Work: The service provided was spraying all floors with a spray that kills fleas. The Hitman arrived on time, did a walk thru of the house. The spray was quick drying but he was very thorough, moving furniture and items to get underneath. He gave a 4 hour block to do the whole house. We left the house during that time and felt comfortable doing so. When we returned, the house was in good shape with no strong odor, and was locked up as we requested. We paid by check prior to leaving. We were instructed to sweep or vacuum but not mop or shampoo the floor surfaces for a month (flea cycle) to ensure that the spray kills fleas that may hatch. After nearly a week we are happy to report that we are still flea free (have a flea trap to monitor any active fleas and there are no new fleas!). Because the spray is concentrated on the floors, we did not have to worry about higher surfaces like countertops, baby items.

Description of Work: Used foam to spray space between the floor and bottom of the baseboard trim in laundry room, placed a gel ant bait under rug along the same baseboard. Sprayed the entire foundation with a liquid contact chemical to eliminate carpenter ants. Also sprayed the base of a nearby tree and a cavity where ants were coming in and out.

The only problem was that when a mouse was caught on the sticky paper, it was disgusting to have to dispose of. Additionally, once the sticky paper was used, it could not be reused since the mouse was attached to it.

The technician arrived promptly for our appointment, and we found him to be professional and friendly. He spent as much time with us as we needed answering all of our questions. We hired the Hitman to do an extermination of a huge ant problem in our home, plus an extermination of a mice problem in our walls. When the technician returned to our home to do the extermination job, he was again prompt, professional and courteous. He gave us a clear, easy to understand explanation of the methods and products he uses and then proceeded to do the work. He told us that the problem would be resolved in four days and that he would be back to check. On his return, we found that the problem was not totally gone. He retreated and a few days later, we had no trace of ants or mice in our home. About a month has passed since, and we are totally pest free. We hired The HItman Pest Control company after many bad, unsuccessful experiences with the larger extermination companies, none of which eliminated our problem, but all of which charged huge sums of money. We are extremely happy with the services and charges of this company, and would highly recommend them to anyone having pest problems in their home or business.
