John came to our house promptly. He even called to say he'd be a half our late, something that's rarely done anymore! He quickly and efficiently got rid of the wasp nest. Though we hadn't seen any ants after I placed lots of ant traps around infested areas, I mentioned the problem. After hearing facts about ant infestation, we decided to have the house perimeter treated as well. John was friendly, knowledgeable, cooperative and informative.

Problem solved. The hive is not longer active. I don't know how much other services charge, so I don't know if giving a grade of "B" is fair. It just seems like a lot of money for quick job. Granted he has all of the special equipment and a protective bee suit. And he used the correct agent to kill the hive the first time. It might be a fair price ($260 + tax = $281.13). Just seems like a lot.

John came out and explained everything to me. He also showed me where there was a hive near my shutters. He was thorough and very professional. He also spoke to me about maintenance/tick control since this is a problem throughout the Hudson valley with homeowners. Lastly he showed me the hive and informed me that in about 3 or 4 days tops there will be no more yellow jacket activity...well, the next day I checked and nothing! I checked the day after that and nothing! It's been one week and not one yellow jacket in sight. Thank you so much John. I can finally open my front door without any worry.

We had our home inspected by John who pointed out to what needed to be done. He has a very good eye at what our home was requiring and also have us many helpful tips re maintenance. As first thing me home owners in the countryside we couldn't be any happier. All hep was needed.

I"m not sure that their system (exterior poison traps all around the house) is the best way to go, at least for us. But they're very nice and try hard.

I have not seen any ants lately, in side the house or on the outside walls. As for stink bugs an ocassional dead one in the basement. Treatment went well.

I had several companies come and check out my termite problem and John won me over hands down. He was extremely friendly and professional, and explained the process very clearly. The price he offered was also very reasonable. He seemed to truly care about doing the treatment right and was determined to take extra steps in order to be as thorough as possible. He also volunteered free advice on how I could do DIY treat for squirrels and ticks, and, while he was there doing the job, he and his assistant discovered a bat's nest and they got 20 of them out - and at no charge! I feel very confident about using him as an exterminator and would highly recommend him.

G-Men called to follow-up and I told them I was considering DIY. They tried to intimidate me to hire them and told me my that I would be violating statues and subject to fines and prosecution because this work can only be performed by trained professionals.and the material purchased from professional firms.

He did what he said he would do. He took care of the issue that I had. He did guarantee it for three months. I was happy with it. He was very responsive when I called. I would like to update my experience with the Hitman. I called him back many x's for the same issue he originally sprayed for within the THREE month guarantee ---- He NEVER returned my calls, Therefore I would not recommend Him, definetly not a man of his word the contract You sign with him is USELESS!!!!!!!!!!!!
