John showed up on time, explained procedures, treated inside of house, their outside used three different insecticides - 2 outside & 1 inside work was performed efficiently.

The provider arrived as scheduled. Offered 2 different plans of the pest control. Work was done professionally.

He came out and filled up the wholes. They actually put concrete underneath where our garage doors come down to seal in any little wholes that they could get in under there. He was good. After we waited like a week or so and we are still seeing the mice so we called in because he does have a 12-month guarantee with the service that we bought so, he came back out and there was no problem. He filled some more wholes and since then, we hadn't had any problems.

Our experience with them was fine. They weren't really what we needed for the pest problem we had, but they came when they said they would and they were very informative. The person that came was neat, clean, and knowledgeable.

Jason is very nice & he did a great job. He took down the yellow jacket's nest and sprayed the area around & on the house. He took care of the problem. I will use him again for our pest problems and I would recommend him.

We caught two mice and so far, I haven't seen any since. He is a low-key guy. He's not going to sell you anything; he just comes in and addresses the problem.

John Garcia and helper arrived at the time I requested and they were very courteous. They did the pest control. I have used this service for three years and I have been very please. Originally hired the for carpenter ants in side teh house and haven't seen any ants inside since!

We had an ant infestation, and came home from a trip to a house full of them, though we weren't sure if they were carpenter ants. I called on a Saturday afternoon. He returned my call in 10 minutes and made an appointment to come over and check things out the following day. How often do service men make themselves available on a SUNDAY??? We were stunned. He arrived absolutely on time, was polite, if a bit laconic, examined the whole house, stem to stern, and said, "yup, they're carpenter ants. I think they're living in the wall." He drew up a contract, told us that because it was winter, they were quiet (if this is what ant activity is like when they are quiet, I would hate to see them at their peak), and because of that, he would give us a 6 month guarantee. If we saw any activity in April, we should give him a call. He then treated the entire portion of the house where we had seen them. No spray, he used some kind of liquid bait poison injected into the walls. Since we had a house full of ant carcasses, I asked him if I could vacuum them up, and he was thorough enough to explain that we could clean up dead ants, but must leave the live ones alone, because they carry the poison back to the nest and eventually destroy the queen and thus the colony. For the next three weeks, we saw increasing amounts of ant life, most of which were dead or dying and then after three weeks, nothing. It has been 4 months since he treated the house, and not a sign of an ant anywhere. As far as I'm concerned, it was the best $162 I ever spent, and if I have a problem in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to use him again. My only complaint was that it was a messy, snowy day outside, and he wasn't as thorough as he could have been about wiping his boots off when he had to go out to the truck and come back in the house, so if he visits you in the winter, or in bad weather, make sure he wipes off his feet before he tracks mud/snow/salt on your floors. Fortunately the mess was minor, and most of it was on things that could go in the washing machine. Otherwise, he did a fabulous job eand I'd recommend him highly.

The crew was one & efficient and know recoverable about the while process they were in and out in cost a few minutes.

I used them when I lived in up state New York. I had hired and paid for 4 other companies to try to get rid of the termites. NONE of them could do it, but G Man did! He would call everytime that he was going to come. My service techinician was John. John was very polite and clean. Since we were selling our house, John made sure that we had all the documents and certificates taht we needed to prove that the home was termite free.

Fine - bedbugs gone. No more bites!!! John did an excellent and professional job.

I have used G-man on a quarterly basis for my exterminating needs at my country house for about 4 years. From rodent control (the mice love to make themselves at home in my basement) to wasp control, and everything that comes up in between (stink bugs - yuk!!), John is the best. He is knowledgeable, courteous, reliable and trustworthy - I rely on him and I think he is great. I would recommend him to anyone - he is a true professional. In addition, his rates are more than fair, and he is a pleasure to do business with. If you are in need of an exterminator, do yourself a favor - use G-man!

G-man pest control is always on time and flexible with setting scheduled visits. They are knowledgeable and friendly, very efficient. They have helped tremendously with our nice problem.

I called and spoke to Jason and we set up an appointment for him to come address a ladybug/stinkbug/hornet issue. On the day of the service, a noon appointment, I waited for two hours but Jason never showed up. I also left a couple of voice messages but never heard back. I can't speak to whether he provides a good service but I can say that this behavior exhibits a general lack of professionalism and it makes me wonder about whether his service would be equally as unprofessional.

Great professional service. Quick response time. No more mice-they live outside now in our house.

*Update: After some discussion G-Man has withdrawn their invoice for the estimate. They were very reasonable and polite with regards to my feelings of their service. I have upgraded my rating to a C because I thought G-Man was fair in this situation.

EXCELLENT SERVICE. RECOMMENDED. I had purchased a house that turned out to have significant Carpenter Bee problem. I initially hired a local pest control contractor to take care of this issue. Two days after hiring the local guy, THE HITMAN showed up at my house on a recommendation from my neighbor who was aware of the problem. I told THE HITMAN that I had hired someone take care of the issue, or so I thought. Within a week, the Bees returned with vengeance and I was out of some money. So I called THE HITMAN. He returned and took care of the problem without delay. Solid, Professional and on point. The Carpenter Bee problem ended within a few days of the treatment, and I did not have problems with the bees for that season. Unfortunately, I own a log home, and the bees seem to be attracted to the place, so I will be needing THE HITMAN's service in the future. As stated, I would not hesitate to hire him again or recommend his service.

It went very well. He came on Sunday, spent about an hour, treated every floor in the house. He told us to stay out for 4 hours. The first treatment went very well. A second treatment was done at no cost after spotting a couple fleas about 3 weeks later. Never saw one again after that. Really nice that only the floors are treated. All the prep work that needs to be done is getting as much as you can off the floors. He moved furniture around himself. And both times, work was performed on a Sunday.

Great. No problems. Treated areas are pest free. Couldn't ask for more.

Jason, The Hitman, came highly recommended by a friend. He examined the house and yard and was able to iradicate our pesky bugs and bees. In the Fall we had him back to do seasonal spraying and rodent elimination. The Hitman returned my calls in a timely matter and was very efficient and knows his work. After asking hm for a referral for some cement repair I needed, Jason suggested himself and I am very happy to say he was able to help us out.. I would highly recommend The Hitman. He is extremely reasonable with seasonal guarantees. THE HITMAN IS NO LONGER IN BUSINESS. jd

He came out on time and did the job right away. I feel he was fairly priced and I would use him again.
