Joe and the workers did a great job with all the work that needed to be done. The initial job was to water proof a unfinished basement which involved a new sump pump and French drains. We decided during the project that we wanted to completely finish the basement and add another full bathroom. Joe accommodated us with what we wanted done and completed everything to our satisfaction. His price was reasonable and could not have asked for a better contractor. We used Joes company 2 years ago for a major renovation and could not have been happier. The company is worth every penny and is highly recommended.

This is the second time I used VNR, and I plan to use them again. Joe is very knowledeable about all aspects of home repair. I could ask him about anything I need repaired or replaced and he immediately knows the best course of action to take. I like that he will discourage me from a project when he doesn’t feel I will be happy with the results. His crew—Steve, Donny and Freddie, are all gentlemen and hard workers. They did a great job!

Joe was always there on the job overseeing and right in the mix of things..His crew was always respectful and on time..It was a hard job on a older home but they got it done and on budget!!Even when i would change my mind on him and want something different ,he made it happen..evn when i pulled up with an old fashion tub that clearly didnt fit,he probably wanted to kill me but instead he laughed and said ok guys take that wall down get the tub in!! Thanks VNR!!!

Let me first start off by saying if you are looking for class act contractors, V&R Home Improvement are the ones you want. They completed a basement project for me (Windows, flooring, Sheetrock, doors, laundry room, trim and painting). I had water damage and it was in pretty bad shape. Joe came in with confidence that this can all be corrected. Worked with my budget when surprises came up and was very reasonable. My wife and I can't be anymore happier with the job, professionalism, clean, creative and polite team. I trusted Joe and his crew in my house with no worries. Showed up on time, worked a full day and finished the job within 3 weeks. I highly recommend them and looking forward to future projects together.

My mom needed major work done at the last minute since the contractor she hired wasn't going to work out. Joe came in, gave her a price, and called her back later that day to see if she was interested. She liked that he wanted her job. She hired him and it was one of the best decisions she made. Joe and his crew got to work two days later, as promised, and did EVERYTHING on her list and then some. VNR wasn't the least expensive bid, and they weren't the most expensive. But the price was very fair and the work in return probably exceeded the price. Joe, Steve, and all the guys that worked on her place were true professionals and anyone considering contracting work should have these guys out for a bid. I'd recommend them in a heart beat. What a team!!

They were great. Fast workers and very reliable. Showed up to work promptly. Addressed all my concerns. I don’t usual write reviews. I feel I do not have time but VNR Construction totally deserve this good review. It is so hard to find serious contractors. In the past we have always struggled in finding someone that will not charge an arm and leg but will show up to work and attend to it until it is all completed. They did that and I feel it is only fair to express our experience. Will hire them again if need be.

PERFECT! Joe was very friendly and helpful. Kurt and his partner did a beautiful and professional job. Even cleaned up. Next day James came to add the grout. Another beautiful job and clean up. The backsplash looks beautiful. I highly recommend VNR Home Improvement. LD

Excellent job, Joe remodeled my kitchen over and above and gave me a design i never though of doing and works wonderful.

This is the second time I have used the services of V & R. Joe's crew did beautiful work, especially David, Rich and Isreal. They worked as a team and really hustled. Joe organized the job and is very professional. Would highly recommend him.

From the beginning when I was looking for contractors, Joe showed up promptly at my house and quoted me a price which was within our budget. His team was easy to work with. Dave was pleasant and I liked the fact that he always went over to double check everything with me before he started working on a project. Any changes that I have made (and I made many of them along the way) were accommodated. I was able to discuss these changes with Joe and he made reasonable recommendations and suggestions that were more practical and cost effective. His workers were respectful, reliable, and promptly came to work every single day. They even worked on a Saturday when they had to. His price was reasonable for the extent of work we had done to our house, which include a complete demo and renovation of the kitchen, full bathroom and half bathroom. My kitchen, bathrooms, and fireplace (which was originally part of the family room then later on became integrated with the open concept kitchen) all came out beautiful. I highly recommend this company for any home renovation needs you may have.

Joe and his team were outstanding. They were accommodating and highly professional from start to finish. Every aspect of the job —-from the most minute detail to the most complex procedure—-went flawlessly, The end result of the job exceeded our expectations by far.

Joe and his guys did a great job redoing our 50 year old bathroom. He worked with us every step of the way involving us in every decision. We bounced many creative ideas back and fourth with Joe. Everything came out very nice. He was always was on the job site unlike other contractors who are not.

VNR Construction transformed our dingy, unwelcoming basement into a beautiful modern living space. Joe and his workers were courteous and professional and were kind to my wife and young children. They cleaned up after themselves and always asked permission to use the bathroom. I found VNR to be responsive to my questions and concerns about the project. The quality of the work is excellent and we found the price to be far outmatched his closest competitor, and was a great value considering the quality and expediency of the work performed. Perfect! Steve, Tom and Dave were exceptional. They were very efficient and diligent. Structure was completed by the 4th day. I am very satisfied with their professionalism and the work they had done for us. I would recommend and for sure hire again.

Job was done in timely and professional manner. Joe various crews worked through each project efficiency. At the end of each day they cleaned up the work area. The work done by V&R has added character to our home. I plan to have Joe and his crew do more improvements to our home in the spring. Would highly recommend this company to anyone who is contemplating home renovations

As in all remodeling projects, sometimes unexpected things need to be adjusted but in the end of the project everything was completed to expected

They have been wonderful. They are here today and tomorrow, they are finishing my kitchen. They had to come back after the cabinets had been installed. Yes, I would absolutely use them again. I have recommended them to people, they have been wonderful to work with.
