It went very well. I didn't realize they would actually remove the storms and screens and clean them, but this was a much more efficient and thorough way to do them. The windows look really good!

The service was excellent: the team arrived on time; removed their shoes; the windows were beautifully cleaned. We will certainly use them again.

Dennis and three of his guys showed up at the precise time he stated. They were all dressed in uniforms and looked very professional. Dennis explained to me their process, while his guys carefully removed any obstructions from the perimeter of the house as well as the yard. Their work was meticulous, being careful not to damage any flowers or shrubs in their path. The guys were all extremely courteous, even offering me a cup of coffee when one of them went on a coffee run. They even cleaned a portion of my house that wasn't included in the estimate free of charge. Once they were done they thoroughly cleaned any residual dirt on my fences and lawn furniture, while carefully returning any items they removed to their proper places. Upon finishing I inspected the work and couldn't believe my eyes, my house and yard looked brand new. The stucco exterior appeared like it was freshly painted and the stamped concrete returned to it pinkish color, looking like it was just layed. I am extremely impressed of the work Twins performed as well as their courteous and professional demeanor. I am so impressed I am hiring them to do my windows and gutters too.

The windows were so clean that 4 birds crashed into them. The workers were courteous and respectful, and I received a great price. It could not have had a better experience. When inside my home they removed their shoes and I couldn?t even tell they were there. They didn?t make any mess.

I can't say enough about this company! They were courteous from the moment they entered our home. Extremely accommodating! Not only were they fast...but my sliders looked as if they were opened...that's how clean they looked! We were happy with the price and the professional job that was done! Eventually, my windows will have to be changed because they are old, and some have condensation. When I have to have the windows cleaned again...you can bet that I will call this company again! They are on the top of my list! Thank You!

Staff was extremely polite and friendly. There were 4 guys doing the job, 2 came into my home and removed their shoes. I thought that was impressive. I needed to take a closer look before they left because I had to go over the frame, on one of the windows, that wasn't cleaned properly. Overall, I'll call them back in 6 months to have my windows cleaned again.

I forgot to write up this report when it happened, so I'm doing so now. Basically, last fall we decided to get the windows of our Park Slope brownstone cleaned, and found these guys via Angie's List. They checked out the job, gave us an estimate, and did the work. Everything was done promptly, professionally, and well, and we were very happy with the experience.

Fast,efficient and a great job overall

Oh my God, are these guys good! First of all, they came about a week before and wrote up an estimate. On the day of our scheduled appointment, I was a few minutes late getting to the house. I drove up and there must have been 10 guys setting up ladders and other equipment. I didn't know I had contracted an Army of guys. When I joked about it, the supervisor said that they were going to wash the windows, not stay all day. Each guy knew exactly his role and it was like a ballet in action. They removed and marked each storm window and took them outside to wash them to ensure that they didn't soil our newly finished floors. Also, each guy took his shoes off each time they entered the house. No request was too much. And, they took the skylight down that hadn't been cleaned in years and put it back up spotless! Afterwards they called me to make sure everything was OK with the window alarm sensors. I simply have never had such a good experience!

Twin Window Cleaning LLC did an excellent job of cleaning our windows. They were very thorough and careful of our property. The work was done quickly and efficiently. There were no problems and everything went smoothly. I would recommend this company.

I have over 100 windows on my home and I have dealt with many different contractors for many different things. I truly believe that you get what you pay for nowadays and so I have always trusted in the best contractor in each field for the job. The Twins and their crew are some of the best guys out there. Courteous, professional, friendly, clean (they all took of their shoes without me having to ask before entering my home). Their crew is all family and close friends and they really take their time and do everything right. They showed up on time with about 8 men who were all clean cut and personable. Some of my windows are very large and very high. They work very safely and are fully insured which put me at ease. When they power washed my home they first rinsed everything and sprayed chemical to eat up any mold or mildew and then power washed everything and left no mess when they were done. I am a hard working man myself, and am impressed by people who take pride in their work.

THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB ON ALL THE WINDOWS. THEY LOOK SO BRIGHT AND SHINY, ALMOST BRAND NEW. THE PRICE WAS GOOD FOR THE WORK DONE. THE PEOPLE ARE VERY NICE AND MADE SURE THE WINDOWS WERE TO MY SATISFACTION BEFORE THEY LEFT.

I HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR TWO YEARS, THEY ARE EXCELLENT. THEY ARE GOOD BUSINESSMEN. THEY KNOW HOW TO KEEP THEIR CUSTOMERS HAPPY. IT IS HARD TO CLEAN THE LIVING ROOM WINDOWS BECAUSE THEY ARE TWO STORIES HIGH AND COVER THE ENTIRE WALL, BUT WHEN THEY LEAVE YOU CAN'T SEE ANY STREAKS OR ANYTHING. THEY DO A GREAT JOB.

THEY WERE GREAT BECAUSE THEY CAME. THEY WERE ALL FIREMEN, POLICEMEN AND TEACHERS. THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB AND WHOLE THING IN ABOUT AN HOUR AND A HALF. THEY DID AN ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS JOB. I'D HAVE THEM AGAIN.

THEY ARE AN EXCELLENT BUNCH OF GUYS, A FULL CREW, AND THEY COMPLETED THE HOUSE IN AN HOUR AND A HALF. THEY ARE JUST RELIABLE PEOPLE, AND THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK.

THEY ARE VERY COURTEOUS. THEY'RE PROFESSIONAL WINDOW CLEANERS AND THEY DO VERY WELL AT IT. THERE ARE NEVER ANY STREAKS ON THE INSIDE AND THEY USE A POWERED WASHER FOR THE OUTSIDE. WHAT THEY ARE ABLE TO DO, I COULD NEVER DO IN A WHOLE WEEKEND.

THE PEOPLE ARE VERY QUICK AND EFFICIENT. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THE QUALITY WAS VERY GOOD. THERE WAS NOTHING OUT OF THE ORDINARY AND THE WINDOWS WERE CLEAN.

THEY'RE VERY GOOD. I WOULD DEFINITELY CALL THEM BACK IN THE SPRING. THEY WERE VERY NEAT. THEY PUT THE TOWEL ON THE RUG WHEN THEY TOOK THE WINDOWS OUT, AND THEY WERE VERY FAST. THEY WERE IN AND OUT OF HERE IN AN HOUR, AND THEY WENT OVER EACH WINDOWS A FEW TIMES.

THEY WERE COURTEOUS, DID A GOOD JOB AND WERE TRUSTWORTHY. THEY CAME ON TIME AND DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO. THEY ARE TWIN BROTHERS, AND THEY HAVE SOME OTHER EMPLOYEES, BUT WE MOSTLY GET THE TWINS WHEN WE CALL. THEY ARE EXPENSIVE, BUT WORTH THE EXTRA MONEY.
